reception staff= 1 great, helpful+1 awful,unkind

Posted Sep 10, 2017
Pros: the check-in staff (welcoming and professional young woman) and good noise insulation
Cons: the check-out staff (the kind that just you want to shout "get me out of here!!!") ...change attitude or change staff!
Location: very convenient for Roma Termini and airport shuttle buses
check-in staff was a very welcoming, friendly women and very competent, whilst the staff on check-out day was an unkind, stubborn young man; without such staff, my rating would have been different - so future customers may be lucky that they won't find similar person on their visit. Cleanliness of room is ok, and facilities for a 1 night stay are fine. shower and flush working, good noise insulation, and no smell of cigarette smoke in the room. Breakfast: filter coffee, tea, juices, usual breakfast cereal and bread/pastries, cheese, ham, etc, and even some fruits on the6th floor (there is a lift, which works too)

Hotel close to train station

Posted Aug 17, 2017
Pros: Convenient location, relatively clean rooms and friendly staff.
Cons: Towels were thin like kitchen linen towels. Would have liked more fluffy towels.
Location: If you like to walk, you can just about walk to every popular site in Rome, including the Colosseum and the Vatican.
Hotel was meeting point for group trip (Intrepid). I also booked a day before and after tour for convenience. Room was clean with a twin bed and small bathroom. Free breakfast on 6th floor and can eat outside. Hotel was convenient because it is only about 5-10 minutes from train station.

Good Hotel

Posted Jul 1, 2017
Cons: They need to improve the bed conditions, they are very hard same way the pillows after that everything was great in special the bathroom cleaness.
The hotel was in good location near to train stain, buses, restaurants, and a market. the area around does not look very safe. the confort was good because of the bed was very firm and hard pillows.

Pros: Breakfast room view, great staff and very clean.
Location: Very near the train station.
Very nice friendly staff. Hotel is clean and tidy. Nothing stunning but very functional for a short stay. Best feature is the lovely outlook from the Breakfast room on the top floor.
