In particular, we are sad because during your stay our friendly and professional staff went out of their way to make your experience better. We told you that, although the pool was open we can not allow access with weather conditions. In the same way, we would like to underline that, as a 4 star hotel, we are not required to have an iron in the room. Surely if you had asked for this service before your arrival we would have tried to provide. In the days of your arrival we had the "Italian Sky" channels, because only in these last days we have activated a new service for foreign channels. Therefore we don't understand the reason for your bad judgment on us. In any case, we are always attentive to the advice of our guests in order to continuously improve the service offered.
