Friendly staff! Very knowledgeable and helpful. Amazing suite!! Had a huge living room and big bedroom with walk in closet, comfortable bed, and very clean!! Pool and hot tub was nice and clean. There was noise from street traffic but would definitely stay there again while visiting family.

Overall hotel was nice, Jr. Suite room was spacious. Staff was very nice. - Heater in livihg area if room didn’t work. Bedroom at least did. Soa pool heat was broken before I arrived and remained so

Nice hotel w/ a few things to consider
Hotel is nice but had to park across the street in an unmarked overflow lot because the main lot was full. As a woman traveling alone, I was a little uncomfortable at night and not knowing the area. I am a dog lover, but don’t like hearing other people’s dogs barking late at night and early in the morning at a hotel.

Was not made aware of the pool being under maintenance, the staff when checking in did not tell us. Saw note on the pool entrance door. My card was charged 3hrs prior to me even checking in & it wasn’t the card I was using to pay for my stay, luckily the charges did not go thru. I had to bring it to the front desk staff’s attention, they tried to check someone else in under my name. Was not offered any type of accommodation or money off my stay. Very disappointing!!
