The hotel was very nice. Only issue i has was we got stuck in a handicap room and the beds were very low to the ground and we couldnt change rooms due to the hotel was sold out. Also the shower was a little hard to use.

Great hotel
Staff was very helpful and friendly with advice about the area. Nice to see smiling faces when checking in. The rooms were comfortable and very clean. The only issue was the construction going on in the breakfast area with seating being so limited and difficult to navigate in such a confined area. I would still definitely recommend as a great place to stay.

Hotel will be great once it is finished but it’s pretty messed up and under construction. To bad they won’t let you know ahead of time! But other than all the construction the hotel rooms are a 10

No pool or gym was available due to construction. They also do not have a hot breakfast due to construction. We were not told this when we booked this room. If we were we wouldn’t have booked it. It does not say this info on the website. It advertises the pool, gym, and hot breakfast. There were no other open room in any other hotel on the area, we checked.

Expedia has this as a pet friendly hotel. It isn’t. They wouldn’t let us check in after a very long drive. You need to fix this. It’s not right. On their website it says they aren’t. But Expedia says they are. So I booked with you. And couldn’t stay. I’m more than a little mad.

Wish I had known it was under construction. Lots going on here, very strong chemical smells too. Pool/Fitness areas closed. Room was 53 degrees when we entered. Breakfast was good, room comfortable. Just not ideal when still paying top price for hotel that isn’t providing what you pay for
