Pros: the staff was nice & the coffee was always hot.
Cons: it needs to be completely remodeled from top to bottom.
Location: location was fine
I booked one room for my parents, and another for my husband & I. Pulling into the parking lot, I could tell it was a old, outdated hotel, even the QUALITY INN sign was old & broken. The rooms SMELLED bad, old & musty. The towels were so dingy and everything was so outdated. My parents room was worse, it had black mold on the shower wall & their AC sounded like a "freight train" my dad said. Outside my parents room was a dehumidifier that was always full & beeping. Breakfast was undercooked, but the coffee was always hot. The staff, especially DEBI, were nice and helpful with directions, etc. The last morning, we decided to go to DENNY'S for breakfast. The waitress asked where we were from and we were staying. When we told her the QUALITY INN down the street, she said EWWW!! It was so embarrassing and I felt awful that my parents had to stay there. If there would have been any other hotel available, we would have left immediately. We all agree, the hotel was the WORST part of our vacation.

BESIDES THE ROOM BEING AET ON 60* when we walked it it was okay. just needs to be updated. Beds were the best. Along with breakfas..
