It met expectations- Value for money- Nothing fancy very basic offering but they hit it on the head! Decent enough everything for the price but there was a bit of pot smell near the elevators.

This property clearly needs updating and repairs. Room had what looked like dog hair on pillows and bathroom faucet had clearly not been cleaned at all! Would have asked for a different room except we were only there for a quick night on a cross country drive and you never know if you would get something worse. There were signs that said under renovation or something to that effect and to forgive any noise and dust, but I saw no signs whatsoever of work being done or any evidence of contractors or equipment anywhere. To be fair, I didn't walk around or look at a lot but there was a chunk of flooring pulled up on the elevator and just laying there as just one example. I could forgive the completely missing ice machine and vending, as well as chunks out of walls, missing outlet covers, and dirt marks on walls especially if I know, as I did with this hotel, that it's an older building in need of work. But THE most important thing to me is cleanliness and having a clean place to sleep and lay my head and wash up. And unfortunately those things were not present. Bottom line: This hotel needs to monitor their cleaning practices better!

They are renovating. Door handles don't work/missing. Tear in curtain. Doors in shabby shape. The bed moves out from under you when you go to sit down on it. The bathroom is the best thing.

It sits on road 41. Kinda in the middle of Terre Haute, Indiana. They are remodeling…looking very nice.

So I gave bad stars but it's not for the hotel it's for the Expedia app I had an issue that came up that took top priorities over going to the hotel and staying for the night in the app it said that I was not able to change or cancel my reservation because it was past the check-in time which it was not States at 3:00 p.m. is check-in time and when I was going into change or cancel it it was still in the a.m. so I just left it alone so I never even went to the hotel so again I have no problems with the hotel didn't even go I have more issues with the Expedia app and if this is being shown off as a review for the hotel I do apologize Hotel it's not your guys's fault for the bad Stars

Property is a bit out dated but good for a quick stay. The rooms do have a bit of dust, but they explained that it was due to renovation. The walls are also quite thin, so you’ll hear the rooms next door to you and anyone outside in the hallways. Was a good place to stay short term and gets an overall 6.8/10 from me. Was not bad, you just get what you pay for.

Not good. Bathroom was dirty with mold/mildew. Towel rack was barely attached to the wall. Shower valve was broken, it could be turned on but temperature couldn’t be adjusted so it was stuck all the way on “hot,” I couldn’t stand under the water without being scalded. Room and bedding had an odd, unclean smell. Decided not to eat breakfast provided by the hotel - the areas we could see were not clean so we had little confidence in their food handling procedures. Would not stay again, do not recommend.

It was fine for a one night stay. The price was reasonable and the room was clean. The walls were a little thin. There was construction going on on the floor above us early in the morning and it was loud.

Got what we paid for. Cheap hotel. Place was clean. Shower temp control was backwards so my kid about scalded herself the first shower. Big hole in wall where the tissues were in the wall holder. Breakfast was ok. Eggs and link sausage and waffle maker. The most important part was the bed and pillows were comfortable

Toilet wasn't bolted down/curtain had a med size rip/tv remote backing was missing/we killed 2 small bugs fortunately bugs were on the floor and not the bed. Only good thing was staff was really friendly and breakfast was great

This motel has potential, but the service was terrible. Couldn’t access Internet, we had no room service the whole time and had to go get our own towels when we needed more , and empty our own trash. When we ask why we had no room service we were told we had to notify the office, despite a card in the room that was to be put on bed when service was requested. Night clerk seemed to be bored and bothered by guests.

The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. The breakfast area was clean and the food was fresh. However, the property was in need of major repairs, updates and cleaning. The property was for sale and was more of a motel. The digital sign did not work. One elevator was out of service. The lobby carpet needed stretched due to a large wrinkle throughout. Our bathroom had black mildew all over the ceiling, the sink drain was broken, the mirror frame was old and peeling and the faucet was old and calcified. The bathroom linens and bedding were stained and discolored. The front desk staff made sure to get us a replacement linens upon request. The curtain had a giant hole in the lining. Affordable, yes, but would not recommend. Will be sure to avoid Quality Inns in the future.

Location to ISU was great! That’s it
The rooms were in good condition. The bathrooms not so much. Both 117 and 119 required staff assistance to turn on the showers. There was no knob. The breakfast is served til 10. My daughter called me at 945 to make sure I was headed down and the employee had an attitude that she was calling me because she was ready to clean and move on. At 10sharp she closed the doors to the area closing us in. The elevators were out of service and there was plaster on the floors in front of the elevators. Nothing was sectioned off and no one was working in the area at the time, there was just lots of plaster on the floor. The housekeeper was mopping the floor, but didn’t mop it in sections so it was either wait or potentially bust your butt on a slippery floor. There was also a mystery stain on the ottoman……..
