Location: Has a nice family style restaurant attached to it. Easy access to the interstate an lots of stores an restaurant choices.
Have stayed at this hotel several times its in a good location an has always had clean spacious rooms.

Good weekend

Location: We were there for annual covered bridge festival and had a great time
Hotel is older, but was clean. No blowdryer in room and no vending. Ice machine was a little sketchy. Staff were very friendly

Cons: They charged my credit card anyways
I canceled well in advance and the lady was half sleep that I talked to said I have to cancel it online and hung up before I even got another word out. Hours later I called back and the guy said it's too late I already charged your credit card. This was 24hrs before my stay.

Who make reservation online can cancel also online, when cancellation period pass then they call motel but during high occupancy time we can not do it sorry for that

Average hotel

There is lots of parking which is good. The location is so-so. There aren't too many places to walk. Average price for an average hotel.

HORRIBLE

The WORST hotel in the area . Rude staff , bugs in TWO rooms and no refund when the staff was alerted . Also locked out of rooms with processions inside . Should be shut down .

Do not stay here!

Pros: Very little wasted money.
Cons: The place needs a facelift. Many items need to be repaired or replaced. Why are they part of your network?
Location: They are close to everything in Terre Haute but I would never stay there again.
Hotel in poor condition. Broken hinge on bathroom door. Broken switch on reading lamp. No anti slip strip in shower. Noisy overall. Management allowed a party (2) nights running that keep me up. I did not stay for a 3rd night and they refused to reimburse. Told me they had no control over noise!

It was event of youngster so there was noise we can not help with !!switch was not broken it was just dislocated you might had pulled it . all our rooms are in decent condition ,we could not refund early check out as per reservation condition. thanks for business

Crack hotel

This place was the Crack hotel,,107 of nasty dirty and smelliness..the room smelled of smoke, the walls were dirty between smoke and just dirt, hole under door, no towels, turn of the century microwave and the clientele visiting was needless to say attracting the wrong crowd. As soon as entering the room immediately started calling other hotels 135 ltr and 30 out of our way we finally was about to enjoy ourself with out the thought of being over ran by roaches or killed

Huge spider living in the tub!

Everything that could go wrong did. I made arrangements for late check in. Front desk called me at 11:00 to tell me he had charged my card and was tired and ready to go to bed. I explained late check in and said we would be there. The room itself was very low end and the spider that was living in the tub didn't like it when the light came on in the bathroom. Won't be back to this property.

THIS LOCATION SHOULD NOT BE USED BY ANYONE!

This reservation was a mess from the start. I had to contact Hotels.com for assistance. They directed me to the Hotel itself. I had to make multiple attempts to get the answers I needed. Apparently they delete email without actually reading it. I had reserved 2 rooms for my employees with guaranteed late arrival. I received a call at 11:30 PM on Saturday night. It was the desk clerk calling to see if I was still coming. I informed him for the 4th time during conversations with the hotel that this was an employee of mine and that they would be arriving late. To which his reply was well I'm tired and ready to go to bed! REALLY??? What good is prepaying and selecting late arrival if they aren't going to be ready when my employee arrives? Both of my employees commented on how sketchy this place was. I have used Hotels.com in the past and not had any of the issues I experienced with this location. I will continue to use Hotels.com, but, this location has now been added to my NEVER AGAIN list. I will drive all night long to avoid this location.

we are open 24hours for business. even who had no reservations we tried to help them to locate in other motels. yes we lock office door after 11pm so we let customer know please ring the bell or pick up the phone outside so we can attend you. our rooms are clean and comfortable so please if any one has doubt i can show them anytime. we are providing good rooms in affordable price.

stink bugs

The staff was nice, the hotel is old so no elevator, we were on the 2nd floor, as you start up the stairs there's a broken fire box with nothing in it, so had there been a fire we would need to wait for the fire department.we were there 5nights and on the 2nd night we saw a couple hard shell bugs, when I told the man at the desk was told they are stink bugs. So I went to the store got a can of spray. A couple times there were people sitting at the bottom of the stairs smoking, which smells very bad..there is no breakfast so you can eat at the restaurant or use the microwave.was close to family.

YOU WROTE ABOUT ONE BROKEN CABINET EMPTY , BUT THERE ARE NEW CABINETS WE HAVE ON ALL SIDES OF BUILDING HAVING UPDATED FIRE EXTINGUISHERS, SO YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WAIT FOR FIRE DEPARTMENT. REGARDING STINK BUGS ,WE CAN NOT FIND ANY PESTICIDES YET TO KEEP THEM AWAY, THAT SIDE OF BUILDING IS NEAR BY RIVER SO TWO MONTHS IN A YEAR WE ARE FACING THAT.AND SORRY THAT SOME ONE WAS SMOKING ON STAIR OUTSIDE IF WE MIGHT HAVE NOTICE THAT COULD REQUEST THEM TO SMOKE IN COMMON SMOKING AREA WE HAVE MADE.
