Good. The AC rattled all nigh the first night but they repaired it for the rest of stay.

Visibly clean and nice, but . . .

. . . once we tried to sleep it all went to hell. We had the air set as low as it would go and even though every 20 minutes a noisy turbo charged fanned kicked in I am pretty sure the real temperature was 75 degrees plus. With 5 people in a room you could see where air conditioning is a must. Needless to say, it was a rough night sleep for all.

Nice suite!

Nice room. I would definitely splurge a few extra dollars for the suite. It was well worth it.

Pool/outdoor area could be improved. Hot tub didn't work, and there was only a few chairs outside.

Bugs

There were bugs on my bed. The lady at the front was extremely sorry and put me in another room which also had bugs on the bed. Unfortunately the hotel was full and they did locate another room at another hotel for me but wanted me to pay for it. I had already paid over $1000 for the week only to find that two rooms had bugs on the beds. I wasn't about to pay for another hotel. I ended up sleeping in my car and getting a refund after 4+ hours on the phone with hotels.com, Marriott and the local Springhill Suites. Hotels.com refused a refund and blamed it on Marriotts policy so I asked Jose if I was able to get Marriott to okay a refund would he give me a refund. He said no! I then said so it's not Marriott's policy, it's Hotels.com's policy. He did not reply but asked if he could help me further. My husband ended up calling after we showed the video and pics to others including an attorney who identified the bugs. After 30 mins my husband was able to get us a full refund! I will never use hotels.com again for anything and I will think twice about Springhill Suites as well. Be sure to read the fine print!!

I had hoped the name Marriot and relatively expensive rate would ensure a better experience than we had. There was an unpleasant smell in the lobby and main areas the entire time of our stay. The hall carpet in front of our room was covered in debris. Bathtub was dirty. Condom in parking lot in front of entrance . A friends room had a hole in the wall .

Very good breakfast buffet at a very nice place to sleep. Convenient for travelers.
