Room was dated and seemed run down. Stain on comforter, and there was what appeared to be mold in the AC (room 320) so we did not dare turn it on. Quite disturbing to have seen it in the ventilation system.

It looked like the show and tub had not had a good cleaning, there was black crud in the corner of the tub walls. you could also see black on the edge of the tub mat. I told them about it and was told they would check into it. Stayed at Super 8 before and never had an issue.

Water was shut off while i was in middle of shower. Found a roach in my my drink. Bathroom in lobby looked liked it hasnt been clean in months. Went to use phone in room was sticky . Not sure what went on there. When asked to get partial refund was told could lnt be helped because i went through 3rd party. I believe that was the manager i was talking to. She seemed that what happened to me was nothing new and not surprised. I will say the night lady (she explained how 3rd parties work)and other lady in the morning were more helpful and understanding .

Great stay for a friends trip
We had great service, Mindy at the front desk was fabulous. She was friendly, helpful and efficient in getting us checked in. The location is great and would recommend to travelers to the Terre Haute area

I was charged for my stay & AFTER we checked out I was charged an additional fee. I called and spoke with a woman who claimed it was a fee that they charge on check in and would be refunded a week later - lie as the hold was not put on my account until late the day we checked out. While trying to discuss it with her, she hung up on me. I called back and again and explained that they did not charge the extra fee until after we had checked out. She AGAIN hung up on me. I really wish I could find a number of the corporate office to discuss her attitude & lack of professional behavior. Also during the stay the hotel overnight erased every guest room keys. While eating breakfast we overheard several people coming to the desk and being told they accidentally erased the keycards for every room. I am attempting to contact corporate regarding the unprofessional staff

The beds were clean and comfortable enough, but the bathroom was not very clean. The shower head only half worked, and the rest of the water poured out the spicket into the tub. There was a tiny bug in the mini fridge and another one on the desk when we arrived. The next morning, there was a bigger bug about the size of an earwig crawling on the bed that creeped us out. Continental breakfast was basic which is fine, but they really watered down the apple juice so it tasted mostly like water. I was in town for the Covered Bridge Festival and will definitely book somewhere else next year.

When i came in some lady said she used your washer and she ended up finding bugs on her stuff and when i went down for breakfast there was a bug on a cup think yall need to do something about it. Yalls breakfast leavs something to be desired need to think of adding some stuff to it

I have never stayed at a Super 8 hotel. If it’s an indication of how to run a hotel it will be the last time I ever put a foot in their hotel chain. Absolutely the WORST hotel I have ever been in. Dirty room, run down , just about everything broken from loose toilet, remote for tv, safe not attached to wall, shower head,Towels with holes in them. You name it would be on the list.

Dirty and stale smoke
Elevator and room were dirty. Room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, carpet was damp, and blood was seen on toilet seat. Walls were dirty and need of a coat of paint. Entire hotel needs a makeover and air vents need cleaned and filters changed!

Don’t recommend.
Very run down. The paint is peeling off the walls in the room. Shower was terrible. Very thing was loose. All the corners of the room were mold at one point. You can see all the paint that was bubbled and painted over and over.

Was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. Crusty comforter, gummy carpets, blood on the shower curtain and stained sheets. I don’t think this hotel even owns a vacuum.
