Pros: Everything except for the dirty bath tub.The breakfast was good and the kitchen staff were more friendly than the hotel staff.
Cons: Customer service - front desk
It was OK. Staff at the reception weren't friendly. On checking in, I waited for a long time while he was busy chatting with other guys. No acknowledgement. Hotel was good in appearance. The bathtub in my room was not clean at all. Bed linen was clean. Otherwise, overall stay was OK.

Bad smell in the room, stuffy and humide. Clogged bath; not so clean. Not a 4 star.

Not particularly happy

My room, which was a regular room (not a suite) did not deserve a 4 star rating. Furniture and carpet were "tired". The sink was slow. Toiletries were skimpy (only one soap to share between sink and tub for instance). Waste basket did not have a lining and therefore were dirty. Not enough electric outlets at the desk. The phone did not reach the desk, something important for a business person. Mini-bar did not have a fridge so I purchased and drank a coke that was warm. Breakfast was OK but coffee was not available after they closed the breakfast room. The bar and restaurant were not open on Sunday. I could go on but it is probably a waste of time. In a nutshell: not worth 4 stars... I would give it a 3 out of 5.

Good, clean, friendly bilingual staff

Stayed one night for a nearby wedding, good, staff friendly, room clean, breakfast could have been better - there's a good breakfast place down the street which is a better bet.

Hotel told us we could take breakfast cards and dont get charge for it if we wouldn't use cards for breakfast and in the morning they force us to pay the breakfast even if we didn't have it . The receptionist told us if we dont pay the server will pay loll wath a awnser to give a customer

Hello, Can you let me know who you spoke to? If you take the breakfast as a package you have a special price for your breakfast but it is not refundable as written on the coupon unfortunatly. I am sorry for this misunderstanding and will follow up with the front desk clerks.

Nice hotel close to my meeting

Stayed only two nights but this was a repeat stay for business travel. Nice restaurant.
