Smelly room cheap breakfast

I arrived late to find the room smelling like a gym change room. In the morning the bathtub drain was clogged and the shower head loose. When called the front desk her reply was :yes what do you expect us to do. The breakfast us very poor

Clean, cosy hotel close to many amenities.

We had a great stay here. The rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and the pool was fun for our little one. Service at the front desk was receptive and friendly. Continental breakfast was perfect for a morning snack and the best part: unlimited coffee!

Pleasantly surprised

This was our first time at a super 8 hotel and we were really happy with our stay. We had 2 king beds and the room was really clean and new. The breakfast was included which was a plus, and the kids loved the pool. We would definitely stay here again!

Don't stay here if you have chemical sensitivities

Pros: Everything was fine except the smell.
Cons: The strong smell that is offensive.
Location: It is in an industrial area with lots of shopping and box stores.
The hotel is clearly undergoing renovations/new construction. It looks very nice, but the chemical smell is very hard to deal with. I just arrived home, opened my bag and almost fell over with the strong chemical smell that is in all of my stuff. I have been dealing with a stuffy nose and sore throat since arriving.

Great helpful staff. Not so great breakfast.

A lot of people want to start thier day with a good hearty breakfast that has choices, the breakfast offered was not even near to it. The staff, though, was doing a great job with the resources available to them with a beautiful smile on their face. I guess it is more of a management decision what menu is served. We may stay again in the future if breakfast menu becomes more attractive. I would still recommend the hotel based on service, and if breakfast is not one of your priorities. The pool was a hit with the kids.

Cheap hotel close to mall area

Pros: Have some pet friendly rooms in the ground floor, which seems recently renovated.
Cons: The mattresses are not very comfortable, you and your spouse will end up sleeping together in the middle of the bed.
Location: Around 30 minutes to downtown Montreal without traffic. There's an open mall with several places to eat nearby, some with 10% discount thanks to hotel
Needed a place that was pet friendly near or in Montreal, and also not very expensive, and we found this one. Although the beds were not that good and the breakfast was just ok, the overall experience was good, specially with the service.

This hotel is good although it is far from Montreal's hot spots.
