Bad experience at Baymont

Closet was missing rod so clothes could not be hung. Bathroom floor was dirty. Dirty washcloth folded on counter. Missing baseboards, door trim and partially painted walls. Bathroom door would not close completely due to large gap along the edge. Mildew around tub.

we checked in at 1:30 a.m. and the man tending the front desk was very nice.

Even though the bathroom smelled okay, I could see mold at the top of the shower, outside shower on the floor, and around the faucet area and where you rest your elbows on the sink. Some hotel owners don't want to spend money on bleach! Not much in the breakfast area either. We were the only ones in there eating; I wonder why.

Bed bug alert!

Upon check in, noticed bad housekeeping practices. Worst was yet to come. Following stay, small bite marks turned to allergic reaction to many bed bug bites. Won't stay here again.

Overall nice stay

Checking in was easy. My only problems were with the door. It wouldn't open at first, but the manager came out right away and fixed it.
