Es war nicht sauber, vieles kaputt, im pool fehlen viele steine, betten gar nicht sauber, viele milben und milbenkot auf den matrazen sowie bettwanzen!

Agradable estancia

La atención de la persona que se ocupa de recibirte, es agradable. Casa no actualiza pero bien cuidada. Los ventiladores de techo apenas dan aire y hacen ruido, pero tiene aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones. El porche es ideal y la piscina genial, con buen mantenimiento. El entorno es muy agradable, rodeado de pinos y ardillas algo "descaradas".😊. En general, calidad/precio recomendable.

Maison bien localisée

La maison est agréable, mais le mobilier extérieur mériterait un rafraîchissement (bain de soleil, table et chaises de jardin) Nous sommes arrivées un samedi et la piscine était sale, eau trouble certainement du aux anciens locataires ? Heureusement, elle est nettoyée les mardis et vendredis. Précision utile, l'électricité est payante, dommage que cela ne soit pas indiquée dans l'annonce, environ une quarantaine d'euros la semaine pour 6 personnes, nous avons fait tourné les clims des chambres le soir et la nuit uniquement. La clim est un vrai plus. Dommage également que le relevé n'est pas été fait à notre arrivée et que la photo du relevé initial me soit envoyé après le départ. Bon rapport qualité prix et malgré ces précisions, nous avons été content de notre séjour. La maison est bien située et à 10mn à pieds de la très belle plage du Portet.

Two month stay

Nice villa, with excellent fibre WiFi. We had a couple of gaming consoles that we played online games with during our 2 month stay. The house is a little cold at night during the winter month (nov-jan we stayed) , but the heating works well if required.

Séjour très agréable

Nous avons passé d'agréables vacances : la piscine est bien entretenue, la maison, située dans une impasse est au calme et a toutes les commodités. À noter : a voiture est indispensable. La cuisine est un peu petite. L'électricité est facturée en plus à la fin du séjour. Mais cela n'est pas gênant : nous reviendrons !

Maison très agréable

Nous avons apprécié cette maison, très fonctionnelle, confortable. Une idée d'amélioration : des matelas pour les chaises longues ou des chaînes de tv en français ou en espagnol. (mais on passe d'excellentes vacances sans ça !).

Ankommen - Wohlfühlen!

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Casa Rodriganda. Ergänzend zu unseren Worten vom letzten Jahr kommen hier unsere TOP 10 Erlebnisse in diesem wunderbaren Haus in dieser wunderschönen Ecke Spaniens: #1 Die warmen Fliesen der Dachterrasse unter den Füßen, den spanischen Sternenhimmel über den Köpfen - herrlich! #2 Die 1001 Möglichkeiten, ein schattiges/sonniges, ruhiges Plätzchen zu finden, um zu lesen, Kaffee zu trinken, zu träumen... #3 Die 1001 Verstecke (besonders bei den Kindern beliebt) #4 Die Hängematte!!! #5 Die Blütenpracht im Garten #6 Das flexible und sehr nette Ein- und Auschecken - Danke! #7 Die Bekanntschaft mit dem Örtchen Teulada (fanden eine kleine, aber feine Bäckerei und einen schönen Flohmarkt) #8 Die Bekanntschaft mit der aufblasbaren Riesenrutsche im Brevis Spielpark :) #9 Die Spielesammlung im Schrank #10 Das freundliche Wetter (wenn es oben windig war, überraschte uns der Strand oft mit Windstille) Wir vermissen die Casa Rodriganda! Besser geht es nicht!

Wir suchten bei Google „Ferienhaus Costa Blanca Poolumrandung“. Wir fanden genau das und noch viel mehr in der Casa Rodriganda. Ein Ort, an dem sich unsere ganze Familie vom ersten Moment an wie zuhause gefühlt hat. Mitten im Grünen in einem schnuckeligen kleinen Ortsteil von Moraira, mit Palme vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster und Blick bis zum Meer von der Dachterrasse (durch Kiefern hindurch). Was uns besonders gut gefiel: die anheimelnde Einrichtung mit dunklen Holzmöbeln und robustem Geschirr, der riesengroße Kühlschrank und die Tupperdosen. Kein steriler Chic. Einfach (spanische) Wärme überall, ohne dabei auf Komfort verzichten müssen. Ein Regal voller guter Bücher, ein Schrank mit Spielen für die Kinder und von der Flaschenbürste bis zum Nachttopf alles da. Einzig unsere Verdunklungsvorhänge mit Saugnapf haben wir selbst mitgenommen und auch genutzt. Der sicher umzäunte Pool im zauberhaft angelegten Garten. Unser Großer hätte sich hier eine kleine Rasenfläche zum Kicken gewünscht, aber das haben wir dann am Strand nachgeholt, nämlich an der kleinen Badebucht nicht weit vom Haus, mit ruhigem Seegang und Pommes und Eis zu jeder Zeit (was wollen Kleinkinder (und ihre Eltern) mehr?). Toll auch: Das total unkomplizierte Ein- und Auschecken. Es fehlte nur noch unsere Gitarre, die wir dann doch nicht als Sperrgepäck aufgeben wollten. Aber hätten wir uns eine Gitarre gewünscht: Familie Kluge hätte sie sicher für uns organisiert. Wir möchten unbedingt wiederkommen, denn es war der für uns perfekte Urlaubsort und es gibt noch so viel zu entdecken. Vielen Dank für alles!

Toller Familienurlaub

Wir haben im Sommer einen zweiwöchigen Urlaub in der Casa Rodriganda verbracht und uns dort pudelwohl gefühlt. Das Haus entsprach der Beschreibung im Inserat, wobei die Ausstattung unsere Erwartungen noch übertroffen hat. Wir waren mit unserem knapp 2-jährigen Sohn dort und haben alles vorgefunden, was man braucht. Ein Kinderbett, diverses Kindergeschirr, Spielsachen und vor allem eine kindersichere Poolumrandung, die uns einen entspannten und sorgenfreien Aufenthalt ermöglicht hat, waren vorhanden. Sogar Lätzchen und Schwimmwindeln lagen für den Kleinen bereit. Die Ausstattung der Küche ging weit über die übliche Einrichtung eines Ferienhauses hinaus. Zusammen mit WLAN und deutschem Fernsehen während der Fußball-EM hatten wir alles, was wir uns hätten wünschen können, zumal der Strand und das hübsche Städtchen mit zahlreichen Restaurants schnell zu erreichen waren. Nicht nur das Haus selbst, sondern auch der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren top-geflegt. Der Pool wurde während unseres Aufenthalts mehrfach gereinigt. Die Betreuung vor Ort funktionierte einwandfrei. Wegen der Verspätung unseres Fluges kamen wir erst abends spät an, was für die Betreuerin kein Problem war. Wir würden das Haus jederzeit uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wunderschöne Ferientag in der CasaRodriganda

Die in der Beschreibung gemachten Angaben trafen alle zu; die Ausstattung geht weit über das übliche Maß, das man in Ferienhäusern antrifft, hinaus. Wir haben uns zum wiederholten Male sehr wohlgefühlt und werden auch im kommenden Jahr wieder ein Zeit dort verbringen. Die Informationen durch den Vermieter und vor Ort über das Objekt und die Umgebung, auch mit Hinweisen auf mögliche Unternehmungen waren sehr umfangreich und hilfreich. Wir würden das Haus immer im Verwandten- und Bekanntenkreis empfehlen.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Diesen Sommer haben wir (2 Erwachsene + 3 Kinder) unseren Urlaub in der Casa Rodriganda verbracht und waren total begeistert. Das Haus ist komplett ausgestattet, sehr sauber und geräumig. Die große Terrasse ist perfekt, um dort zu essen, zu spielen, zu relaxen und den Kindern im Pool zuzusehen, wenn man gerade mal nicht selbst schwimmen möchte. Der Pool war absolut sauber, da er mehrmals pro Woche gereinigt wurde. Auch das weitläufige Grundstück befindet sich in einem Top-Zustand. Vom Haus aus sind es nur wenige Gehminuten bis zum Strand, der sehr flach ins Wasser führt, so dass auch die Kinder weit reingehen konnten. Am Meer entlang führt ein schöner Fußweg direkt in die Altstadt mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants und Geschäften. Dort gibt es auch einen weiteren Strand. Wir haben unseren Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen. Das Haus ist in jeglicher Hinsicht zu empfehlen!
