“We loved our stay here and would like to come back. The cottage is next to the old mill and river in the heart of Tewkesbury. It has so much charm and character. Everything you need is here with lovely personal touches. Ground floor has kitchen & living room with access to the garden, although small, it was lovely to sit out here after a day being tourists. First floor has a double room and then bathroom with bath, loo and walk in shower. 2nd floor has the big bed which the host offers to split……

It’s private, tucked away near the entrance of Bourton-on-the-water, away from the crowds that’s visiting the village during the day. We enjoyed the short walk into the center of the village without worry about fighting for parking. “Really lovely accommodation. Staff were very friendly and helpful and made sure check in and out was easy. We went to the pub for food and it was excellent - great menu and well cooked and presented. Staff were really helpful again Lovely area for a walk or trip to the vineyard ”

"We happened to stay during a heatwave. The room had no air conditioning, only a fan. The room was spacious but really needs an update. The corners of the bed and the duvet cover were torn. The wallpaper was also peeling. The bathroom renovation was acceptable. Breakfast was in buffet style but the refills were too slow—there was nothing left to eat and all the juices ran out."
