Incompetent customer aervice

I was accidentally charged twice for my room. Customer service gave me the completely wrong information about refunds, then gave me the wrong information about the time frame for my refund. I will never be booking with this company again on the chance I have an issue and no one who should know how to fix it doesn't know.

Overnite road trip

Not sound proofed very well. Loud party in parking lot at 3:30 am woke us up.

When we checked in, the front desk lady was very nice. The room itself smelled like stale cigarette smoke, the shower didn't work we could see and hear young teenage girls slamming doors and smoking weed in the parking lot. This was the most sketchiest hotel ever!!! I truly feel it was NOT WORTH the money we paid to stay. The breakfast in the morning was another joke... cocoa pebbles for cereal options???? Besides that, nothing was close to being appetizing. All in all, this hotel needs to be thoroughly cleaned, hallways and elevator need to be cleaned and painted. This place looked like some type of halfway house or prostitution ring of young unkept girls. We swore we will NEVER stay at another Baymount inn EVER AGAIN!!! TIME TO STEP UP YOUR HOTEL GAME, or just relabel as a no-tell trashy Motel!!!

Nice hotel close to restuarants

Pros: Good price
Cons: Bathroom needs maintenance work.
Location: Located close to a Dennys and a BBQ place across the road.
The bathroom was dated. The rest of the room was OK

Baymont Stay

Pros: It was close to the water park.
Cons: Better breakfast choice. Add meat! Get air conditioners serviced
The breakfast choices were terrible. The air conditioner was very loud. The housekeeping staff did not clean the rooms.

Cons: I keep seeing something about a welcome gift but I never got anything
it was great, breakfasts were good, clean friendly

It's OK for a stop over stay. Front desk staff was friendly. We had a king bed and it was fine.

Traveling for whole day needed a hotel close to interstate. It was convenient and staff was attentive.

Just an overnight stop as part of a long journey. Great bed, pretty quiet location.Plenty of restaurants in the vicinity to pick from.
