Great place

I only stayed 1 night but would have loved to stay longer. It was a great place and very quiet. . Just what i needed. .i will be back soon

Green pool water

One reason we stayed was because of indoor pool. With two kids that was important. The pool water was green! When asked, manager said it was OK and safe. We own a pool. Green water is unsafe! Puts a lot in question at this place

Not for the high-maintenance client

I gave this hotel a higher average because the young lady at the front desk was great. I stayed one evening why a plumbing issue was being fixed at home. Unfortunately, the Comfort Suites has not been as maintained as many of the other newer hotels in the area. Upon entry the hotel, the scent of the chlorinated inner pool is overwhelming and it followed in my first floor room. The scent of chlorine and strong use of cleaning chemicals was too much for me. The rooms are also older: number plate chipped, wall paper yellowed and peeled, carpet worn, tub rusted...... I was exhausted, frustrated, and nearly cried when I saw the condition of the room. The room has not been updated so it looks like a 70s/80s throwback compared to the bright, modern look at many newer hotels. Luckily, the young lady at the desk looked for another room so I would feel "more comfortable." The second room was still as dated, but the chemical scent was not present and the tub was better maintained. It also seemed to be clean despite being older so I stayed. The bed was comfortable and it was fine for one night. However, I would probably not stay here again. There is a hot breakfast, but it was sub-par. The eggs were like plastic: flat, dry, and unappetizing. The bacon was soggy and the biscuits hard. Honestly, less high-maintenance people will find this hotel appropriate, but if you are at even a little picky, you may not be happy.

Convenient location, very close to Mall.

Pros: Cleanliness and services
Cons: Everything was great.
Location: Shopping centre was walking distance from the location. All kind for food places around. Had a good time.
Hotel was clean, very friendly staff and good service. Good place to relax. Bed and pillow were very comfortable.
