Quite comfortable friendly Hotel

Pros: Nice clean room and friendly employees.
Location: Easy in out from interstate I 30 Lot of restaurants in parking area.
After long drive find quite comfortable Hotel to stay. Very warm welcome at check in, nice clean quite room with perfect bed to have good night sleep. Morning breakfast was excellent to start day. We will be staying at this hotel whenever we come through this area.

Dated and in need of repair

This hotel would be best suited for individuals that are passing through and have no concern for comfortable rooms and hotel amenities. The pool was green and heater broken, and the lazy boy recliner in our room was broken. The staff was polite, prompt, friendly, and helpful. The room was clean and no particular odor.

Room wasn't bad, stain on sofa. Pool was not heated as advertised, so that was a disappoinment for my kids after traveling all day. Exercise room had a funky smell. Not bad overall,

Great hotel, close by shopping & restaurants!

My check in was fast and easy. Room was clean when I walked in. Had a mini coffee maker in the room which was nice after a long drive. The bed was comfortable as well. My kids enjoyed the pool and large Christmas tree in the lobby. Breakfast was big ! Large assortment of breakfast foods to start your day off! Check out was just as easy as my check in. Overall pleased with our stay. Great hotel, close by shopping & restaurants!

Some cosmetic issues: bathroom door wouldn't lock, towel hook fell. Good value & comfortable overall.

Always love staying at Comfort Suits! No hassle check in and out. Breakfasts are well stocked no matter if it's a few minutes before 9:00. Love room layouts. Very spacious and comfortable

Raucous Staff

The two desk clerks were loud and inappropriate. One was pregnant and told not to have sex in August because that’s when all her kids we conceived. Could hear both of them cackling from the 2nd floor via the atrium. Found used dental floss in bathroom. Room extremely musty. Would not walk barefooted on carpet. So gross.

Bad place and staff

I will be ver come back, and I'm quitting Choice Hotels. Staff was really BAD. Manager Singh a real case, absolutely no customer service or English skills.

Smelly room with bad service

Tried to put us in a room that was being remodeled with paint buckets in the floor and brushes in the sink. Then moved to a room only available one of the two nights reserved. Had to go back to front desk again to get linens for pullout sofa. Clerk was frazzled and while attempting to be nice, made check-in very frustrating. Room was shabby and not up to CS standards with peeling wall paper, grimy doors and strong smoker odor despite being smoke-free room. Requested carpet freshner but never received it. Better option next door.
