Nice Location

it was convenient to the shops and things I was doing in Texarkana. Business, food, and fun were all close by.

Not impressed

The only good thing I can say about this hotel was the bed was comfortable. We stopped here for the night because it had an indoor pool and after 7 hours in the car I wanted our kids to be able to swim and burn some energy. Much to our disappointment the indoor pool had no heater and was freezing. The water was so cold the kids couldn’t stay in for more than a few minutes. What’s the point of having an indoor pool that’s too cold to swim in? The elevator sounds like it’s on its last leg or has been severely neglected by maintenance. Scary enough to make us choose the stairs every time despite being on the third floor. Their “hot breakfast” was cold. Sausage links were barely cooked and biscuits were so dense you could hardly cut through them. We stayed in a room with a king bed and a pullout couch and when my daughter asked for extra pillows she was told “we don’t give out extra pillows” What?? I have stayed in cheaper hotels and had better experiences. Overall very disappointed.

The whole hotel was dirty. The ice machine didn't work. I turn on yhe sink and brown stuff came out. Dust and grit everywhere, including inside the drawers, the telephone, and the remote control to the tv. An old shreded mat was in the bathtub that i dodnt even want to touch. They had free breakfast, but based on the cleanliness everywhere else, i didn't want to eat it.

Overall stay was nice.Some of the furniture had been varnished and that smell was still in the room.Nice breakfast.

Cons: Hallways were not vacuumed daily. Often dirty
Location: Close to everything you need.
Rooms were nice, big clean. Just like in the picture on web site

Nice staff, close to restaurants and shopping

Location: Shopping and restaurants are very close
Pretty quiet, needs some updating but very clean, breakfast was very good with many offerings, staff was pleasant but not intrusive

Winter stay

Wifi was very weak and would not stay connected. Room was large and spacious. Breakfast - biscuits, gravy and eggs cold. Coffee was weak.

Pool was disappointing

The indoor pool is NOT heated. One of my main reasons for booking this hotel was because it had an indoor pool, I never would have imagined it would be so cold being indoors.

Quite comfortable friendly Hotel

Pros: Nice clean room and friendly employees.
Location: Easy in out from interstate I 30 Lot of restaurants in parking area.
After long drive find quite comfortable Hotel to stay. Very warm welcome at check in, nice clean quite room with perfect bed to have good night sleep. Morning breakfast was excellent to start day. We will be staying at this hotel whenever we come through this area.
