"Overall, the visit was great and we were able to check in early which was appreciated. We were told that there was self service laundry so we put multiple loads of laundry into the washer, 2 out of 3 dryers were labeled out of service. When we went to use the 3rd dryer it was not working. The front desk initially told my husband to go back down and wait for maintenance, when they did not show up he was told by front desk to bring the laundry home wet. After another 15 minutes, they agreed to dry the laundry and they did fold and bring back to room later. This was appreciated but wasted time in our day. Otherwise the restaurant and service was good. "

"Good location across from the beach. Great pool service, and the restaurant attached to the hotel is also good. Live music and karaoke in the bar which is fun but not over powering. We moved here from another hotel after finding that our previously booked hotel was being renovated while still open so this hotel was exactly what we weee looking for."

"Affordable and clean! Staff were very helpful too! Kids loved the pool. Didn’t get the chance to play miniature golf but the course was kept up well. Continental breakfast was great and checkout went smoothly! We will definitely be staying in the future!"

"Great location for visiting Galveston. On Seawall BLVD almost across the street from the Pleasure Pier. Walkable to many restaurants and bars along the seawall. Just a 5 minute drive to the Strand and downtown. Our room was spacious and comfortable. Facility is a little dated. Staff had a hard time keeping breakfast stocked on weekend mornings. Policy is to only clean rooms every three days unless specifically requested. We had to remind them to clean on the third day. Overall a good experience and we would go back again."
