Very bad 3 night stay ever

Cons: Everything
Location: nothing
Was not able to sleep. Found bugs on bed and kitchen. Got denied to change rooms. The halls ways smelled very bad and they were also very dirty. The room was not clean. The windows where every filthy. The kitchen was very dirty and smelly. Worst place ever.; The pool was every dirty. This place sucks. Worst hotel every. A Motel 6 is better than this place

No room service. Pool was out of service for 3 days.TV was not working properly. Had to trow your own trash every day .bad experience

It would be great if they had ice on sight and some information on food delivery. I was there for a family member that needed to be seen at MD Anderson. The closeness to the center was fantastic.

No shower. the diverter was not there. I couldn't get out of the bathtub without help. the breakfast was not much. they didn't have milk for the cereal.
