Close to my family, shopping, and restaurants.

For me, it close to the people I was visiting. It was easy to find and easy to get to off I-35w. They had a great breakfast and super comfy beds. It was also quiet even though I was close to the elevator. I can’t wait to see it once they finish all the remodels.

Close to TX Motor Speedway.

Desk clerk, ok. Nice to have friendly desk clerk. Clean lobby. Good breakfast and huge variety to choose from. Pillows to soft. Need firm pillows. Hotel under construction during our stay. Electricity was turned off for several hours. No television, no lights. Items in refrigerator got warm.

Old. Needs updates. Smell is funk. In room box ac heat unit is disgusting with lint and nastiness blowing out. I had a better experience the night before for half the price on Hotwire not even knowing the hotel I was going to get. Next time I will research before booking- not a pleasant experience.

Great property, just wish there was ice on every floor...I hate having to go upstairs/downstairs just to get ice.

Pros: used to like it
Cons: many
assigned room was given to someone else after we had checked innot good when you go to your room at midnight, and someone else is in bed

Hampton Inn

When I see “Hampton Inn” it makes me think this is a place to stay but it is very disappointing when the carpet right outside the elevator are extremely stained, they tell me that they are cleaned every other day but this looked really bad, makes me think that they haven’t been. The front desk was having trouble with the person checking us in and per her comments it sounded to be upper management that wasn’t available to help. Hampton Inn didn’t have anything to say about their management issues. Didn’t think to take pics but next time I will.

Stay away

Midway during my stay the toilet broke. Concierge knew about it, but didn't do anything about it. Told me that they didn't have spare rooms so you make the best of it!! Worst place ever
