Close to my family, shopping, and restaurants.

For me, it close to the people I was visiting. It was easy to find and easy to get to off I-35w. They had a great breakfast and super comfy beds. It was also quiet even though I was close to the elevator. I can’t wait to see it once they finish all the remodels.

Close to TX Motor Speedway.

Desk clerk, ok. Nice to have friendly desk clerk. Clean lobby. Good breakfast and huge variety to choose from. Pillows to soft. Need firm pillows. Hotel under construction during our stay. Electricity was turned off for several hours. No television, no lights. Items in refrigerator got warm.

Old. Needs updates. Smell is funk. In room box ac heat unit is disgusting with lint and nastiness blowing out. I had a better experience the night before for half the price on Hotwire not even knowing the hotel I was going to get. Next time I will research before booking- not a pleasant experience.

assigned room was given to someone else after we had checked innot good when you go to your room at midnight, and someone else is in bed

This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Pros: There was nothing that we did not like.
Location: Stayed at the Fort Worth Alliance location, as we were there to attend the AAA fall NHRA nationals.
Loved our stay here. Rooms and motel were very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet was great if you cant find something there you like, you are too picky. Staff was courteous. The rooms are wonderful (suite) Will definitely stay again.

Cons: The bed was not that comfortable
Location: Great location
Nice, Quiet and Clean. Why I need to write a journal on my experience to rate the hotel is a bit frustrating. This was not a trip to Spain :) lol

Overall my experince at this hotel was fine until it came time to check out. I recived a phone call telling me that my credit card had been declined and the hotel was going to charge be an additional fee. My room had already been paid for in full with a receipt and confirmation number so therefore I was not excited to hear this. The guy at the front desk during the day shift did nothing to help me feel better about my issue all he continued to say that my card was declined which is super annoying when you know it had not been I will not ever consider this location again. There was a issue hotels.com billing and the Hilton billing department instead of him telling me I’m sorry for your inconvenience he blamed me for using a third party site. I will not ever stay at this location again even if it’s free.

Staff extremely polite and helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Better than some of the bigger hotels. Overall a great value. Facility could use some upgrades but still a great visit

Pros: Beds were comfy, breakfast was tasty staff met all of my needs....See DJ above.
Cons: The hotel itself was fine just get the stupid road construction in FTW fixed.
Location: Went to an event at Univ. of North Texas
Due to the confusing road construction in Fort Worth I got lost on my way to the hotel. I called and the night manager DJ answered who talked me off of the ledge by giving me detailed directions to the property and even stayed on the phone until I arrived. His calm and soothing manner diffused my anxieties. kudos to DJ for a fantastic job.
