“Property was overpriced for what it is. No parking The room was really hot and had no air conditioning, I asked the manager for a fan to the cool the room down but he didn’t have one. Had to leave the windows open for some air but the traffic which is constant kept us awake. The Rug in the middle of the room was filthy couldn’t walk round without shoes on. “We stayed with our dog for two nights. Mccanns is perfectly located, Tenterden within easy reach. We use the tap room the one night, nice beer & pizza. Challenger is located beside the other other three units right next to the car park overlooking a small field. The unit has good facilities, covering most needs for a comfortable break. “A great place to stay for us as a stop over on the way to France via the tunnel (20 mins drive).Really comfortable beds, very clean, newly renovated, with a small sitting room and two beds with 2 bathrooms. Just what we were looking for and they let dogs stay. We usually stay in a Premier Inn but this was far better value, plus the pub downstairs was excellent. Good choice of beer, great food and perfect hospitality - what more could you ask for?? Fully recommended!”
