"The cabin was as nice as the pictures reflected. The property is beautiful and I would highly recommend it. It was a short drive to Lake Murray and Ardmore, which was convenient. It was very clean and had lots of extra amenities, such as very nice patio furniture, pool table, outside fans to keep cool and the bugs away. View from back porch was spectacular! We would like to stay again. Lori was very prompt to answer my inquiries and very helpful. Thank you for the wonderful stay."

"I visit Pottsboro periodically to get away from city life. I usually avoid unrated listings but the photos definitely caught my eye. The added welcome discount was also nice which helped make my decision to book a no brainer. I must say, after staying there, I would happily pay full price. The photos drew me in, but I would venture to say the place is a lot nicer in person and indeed very modern. The property appears to be fairly new (i.e., couple years old). "I'm not sure who this room is actually suited for - the term "cabin" is doing some heavy lifting, as it is not a standalone unit but a quarter of a trailer, and it smelled of smoke and an air freshener just adding to it to the point we had to air our room out when we arrived. I can assure you that if you were seeking the advertised "romantic lakeside getaway," you will get a third of what you paid for because the *is* a lake, although I would suspect romance is not in the cards here. "The cabin was excellent. Check in was easy. And contactless check out was easy. I do, however, have a couple complaints 1. The phone number and email associated with the property on Vrbo/Expedia was wrong. I had to contact customer service to get the correct information 2. There was no shampoo but several bars of soap"

"I got my elderly father a cabin at Lake Tacoma for 2 days. He stayed there one night and was fighting with bugs the whole time. He was so disappointed he left a day early. He then told the front office about the bug problem and they said they’d get an exterminator out there. Very disappointed."
