"I never know if I get the VIP upgrades. I should ask. The hotel and the room is very good. Many elevators and no wait for these. Exercise room very spacious and good. Pool is nice but a bit small and not enough chaise lounges. Location a 20-30 walk from soi cowboy and Asoke. Ok with grab scooters and taxi I. Breakfast is good but average or below compared to other 5 star hotels. Overall a very nice hotel. Staff very friendly."
