Superb breakfast. Great room. Easy walking access to the station, downtown and the museums. Nice quiet bar to relax before the evening. Genuinely helpful staff. All good.

Decent hotel by the airport but outside of Munich. Biggest complaint is the internet/wifi was horrible and wasn’t connecting. When I went down to the front desk to ask for help, the woman was extremely rude and dismissive. She said that because the hotel was fully booked, that’s probably why the internet wasn’t working and I would have to deal with it. When the Internet did finally work, they have strict parental controls on the WiFi. I was trying to watch YouTube podcast and then tried Netflix (nothing inappropriate) and most of the videos or shows weren’t showing up. But if I used data from my phone it worked just fine. Everything else was adequate but I probably wouldn’t stay there again.

I liked that the room had a safe, however for a forced or hotel I would’ve expected an ironing board to be included within the room and not have to request it at reception. It's in the center of town, parking with a fee is well worth it. Fantastic breakfast, with coffee, tea available with small pastries, apple, fruit waterthrough out the day. Small drink frig. at the reception area for small fee as well as various little snacks.
