Good for just a night

The hotel is nice, but the room has awful internet service. They have everyone on one connection so it is very slow, and we got no connection there for about 3 days. Laundry prices are very high.

Stolen From Room £140

Got £140 stolen from my room on the last night Hotel response was deplorable really not interested Would not advise anybody to stay here

Not impressed with condition or value of this hotel. For the price paid, I would have expected breakfast & parking included.

Nice hotel with a few minor issues

Hotel was pretty good, nice clean room. Was a bit small and not the most comfortable bed or pillows though. Was handy to a train station and a 10-15 minutes trip to central Munich.

excellent value choice

Location: Not many good eating places but try the Turkish take away up the street a bit left as you exit. Underground train station less than 10 minute walk..
Wanted easy access to subway and quiet area. this hotel has both. Its an excellent choice for the money. Pros are excellent staff, very good breakfast, clean and comfortable. just a few cons.. heating system in the room does not work adequately and an in room safe would be nice. (there is one available at the front desk which worked for us.

Good Oktoberfest Base

Overall a good stay. A little ways out of the centre but close to public transport links so very easy to get around. First room we were given smelt badly of smoke despite being a non smoking room. We were quickly moved to another room which was much better. Beds were comfortable but pillows were small. Despite being full of festival goers and near a building site the hotel was very quiet and well sound proofed. Lidl close by for breakfast but not much else around. Overall a nice base for our four day Oktoberfest fun.

You could reach the city center easily by car or by subway. The nearest subway station is about 5 minutes away from the hotel. With the subway you need 15 minutes to the Marienplatz in the city of Munich. We are very sorry that the first room smelt badly of smoke. We had a very pleasant stay. Room was clean. Close to subway. Great buffet breakfast, not included.

Not a 4 star hotel - possibly 2 at best

Very disappointed as this hotel was listed as 4 stars. Far, far, far from a 4 star hotel. It is not a bad hotel just very dated, and generally shabby. Cracked basin in bathroom and shower tub that didn't drain. Very uncomfortable sofa bed that we had to request linens for. There are much nicer hotels (with free parking) in the vicinity for far less than we payed. Breakfast was equally disappointing. The fried eggs were cold and boiled eggs still had runny whites. On a positive note the staff was very pleasant.
