Hotel was sufficient for a single night. Not correct for me to grade standard since I did not have time to use all hotel amenities.

Excellent hotel.. Not so good management

Pros: Ambience, Location.
Cons: Keeping promises.
Location: There are plenty of malls nearby to shop, watch movies.
I had a custom requirement. Wanted to check in late.. morning 5 AM and leave in evening around 5 PM. Since it is approx 12 hours, I didn't want to pay 2 day tariff ( considering check in time is 12 PM ). After I booked the hotel online, I called up the hotel and confirmed the same with them since I knew that it was a custom requirement and I didn't want it to be a surprise to the hotel management. They said the max they can allow me is 4 PM. I agreed. But in reality, I was kicked out of the hotel at 1 PM. The manager with whom I was interacting on the intercom was rude and arrogant. Overall staying experience was good. Food was average (could only have breakfast).

Stayed for one night, hotel ambience as you enter is nothing to shout out. The reception's service slow and poor. Technical glitch on hotel reservation for my colleague whom did not have a room for him. Room was clean. For business stay I would say its moderate. Wifi is slow so don't expect too much. Swimming pool is for the pigeons to take bath and quench their thirst. You will see flocks of them as you are coming down the lift.

I had stayed for 3 nights. The first 2 days were alright but on the last night of the stay, there were some guests who checked into a room opposite to mine and created a havoc on the floor. They were shouting, dancing and randomly knocking on other rooms. The hotel management was not prompt to stop this and also did not act strictly. The noise was on for about 60-90 minutes. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!
