We loved everything about our stay (2) Days The owners Kay and his wife were the nicest people you could ever meet they were so patient and accommodating the area was so quiet and clean our room was really nice and the bathroom was absolutely beautiful they serve a continental breakfast from 8-10 in the morning it was satisfying and delicious we will definitely be back to stay again

What a amzing stay and host's!!!! As a private chef i am always traveling in new England to my clients. I must say this was the hidden gem of Massachusetts. Beds are great. Pillows fluffy and a super modern clean clean bathroom and shower. Any time i have a client close to there this is where i will be staying.. Had dinner at the restaurant there everything was spot on delicious. Would stay nowhere else in the area. And to top it off i left my light on overnight in my truck.The owner/operator had a jump pack and off i went. Such great people there

Great staff
We had to check in late at night and the staff waited for us and set the heat for us in our room. Then I left my purse in the room. They called to let me know and shipped it out to me immediately. Great staff that take pride in their place. It’s a cute place that was very clean.

I had to cancel my trip the day of check in, so I cannot review much of anything other than the friendliness and understanding of the gentleman I spoke to when I called to cancel. He was so grateful that I bothered to call at all rather than just "no show" on a busy Thanksgiving weekend. I will definitely book wth them again

Unsafe stairway.
The motel was clean and in a convenient location. However the stairway to the second floor, which is outdoor, was in poor shape and may not be structurally sound. Quite possibly the stairway would not pass a building inspection. As well the stairway had no canopy and was open to the elements possibly making them slippery. I would not recommend anyone use the rooms on the second floor until stairway is remodeld or inspected.

If we aren't, the town will not approve our Building Inspection. We have a Certificate from the Town of Williamstown to Certify to Do business, which means it is structurally safe. We understand the Establishment is old but well-maintained, and we strongly believe in our guests' safety. Our belief is in helping & caring.Stay well!

I was pleasantly surprised with this motel. Staff was friendly and accommodating. The room was impeccably clean! The grounds are a bit off putting being located behind a restaurant and I would not much spend time outside. Having said that, there is a lovely brook next door. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely little motel
My boyfriend and I absolutely loved this little motel! It is my second favorite property I’ve ever stayed at. It was cute and charming, the room was clean and big enough for the 2 of us with a really nice updated bathroom. Even though it was right off a main road you’d never know, I didn’t hear any noise over night. The motel itself was decorated with many beautiful flower arrangements and the grounds, though small, were nice as well. I also have to give a shout out to K at the front desk. He was so kind and helpful at check in and breakfast. I’ve never had such wonderful service. Definitely would stay again and definitely recommend.

It was in a wonderful location, it was a very peaceful place with the beautiful river flowing in the side yard of the motel. My only suggestion is they should put some sort of ashtray to dispose of cigarettes if your a smoker it's a little inconvenient for people who smoke
