Great hotel

The Andaz is an amazing hotel. My only issue is they sold me an upgrade for 40 GBP which was fine but they said it would include breakfast but then they charged me another 56 GBP for breakfast which I wouldn't have agreed to

Best stay ever in London!

Pros: Service from staff, location, standard of the room and facilities.
Cons: For once, I have nothing to add, simply great place! From now on we will change our corporate stays to Andaz London.
This hotel offers everything you need as a business traveller or as a tourist in London. The only thing we missed was a pool. The staff provides unmatched service and has almost an Asian attitude to the guests! My children joined me in this business trip and was equally excited and rate the hotel as one of the best they stayed at all categories and I have to admit that I share their view.

Best service I've had in London

Pros: Staff was the best all around. Free mini bar.
Cons: The piping system. Remove the creepy pictures in the rooms
Location: Conveniently next to the Liverpool street station. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The staff is extremely friendly, quick to respond, and helpful. The main issue was that there was strange noises in my first room. They moved me to a second room, which made strange noises in the pipes when I turned on the water in the shower or sink.

good 4* place, not 5* though

Pros: location in-room food service is good, service is quick and food is well cooked complimentary coffee in the lobby
Cons: provide bath cloth and slippers, it would not cost you much
Location: The place is located in City. A lot of interesting things within walking distance.
It's a solid 4* place. As an occasional traveler, I don't know exact definitions of all those star rankings and I don't bother to be honest. What I do is just compare to other 4* and 5* places where I stayed, including in different countries. I suspect the only reason it's claimed a 5* is its location. - pretty regular room interior, nothing fancy that would deserve being mentioned - no bath cloth, no slippers, so bring your own - nothing special about lobby interior

Clean. Pleasant. Tube. GO!

After spending 3 nights in a 4.4 Expedia rated hotel in Kensington where we greeted with unchanged bed sheets, stained matresses, and more, we left and went to the Andaz. Here, you can shower well, the beds are immaculate and there is a tube station right next to the hotel. This is definetively where we will stay next time. Thank you, Andaz!

Friendly and efficient service

This was the second time I stayed at Andaz. They have a very friendly informal service, but they are also very reliable. On top of everything else this is the reason I chose Andaz.

Pros: the view and the area.
Cons: a pool
Location: everything was nearby; liverpool metro was perfect.
