Friendly staff and good location. However, it was more of a cave than a cove - poor view of HVAC units covered in bird poop and cardboard boxes. Also, it was somewhat noisy - a low-frequency noise due to passing traffic? Also, the blinking light on thr bedroom ceiling was annoying.

Great location! Having the tube station at the corner made exploring the city easy and convenient. Staff were very friendly and willing to help Will definitely stay again, would be perfect for a long stay Challenging to find food available in the later evenings especially on the weekend unless you order delivery

The only thing was the a/c wasn’t working. They tried to fix it but to no avail. Loved the spacious bathroom. Could have used one or 2 luggage racks. It was a pleasant surprise to find coffee and cream for our first morning.

We stayed here for a week and LOVED IT! When I showed other people of this place via pictures, they all said that they would like to stay here! It was super clean, safe, and had everything that you! Easy to access the tube and the busses! The staff was exceptional! So friendly and professional! Loved the kitchen! It also came with basic kitchen essentials! We will stay here again when we come to London!

Online communication and check-in worked well. But we found the bathroom basin blocked and unusable when we went to our room. Since this is a minimal support property there was nothing concierge could do to fix the issue on the evening of our arrival. We were only staying one night, so no fix and no recompense.
