"The location was great, clean room, staff was extremely welcoming (other than the bell hop for luggage storage). I would recommend if you want a luxury experience. Definitely would book again!"

"I think from the beginning it wasn't a good fit. I tried to cancel because of a work thing but they denied my request. I had to keep the room or I'd be charged. The hotel is definitely older. You can tell from the outside and when you walk in. The room definitely didn't give the same vibe as the pics. There's barely any lights in the room so you can hardly see unless you're in the bathroom. It was definitely a budget hotel. They did have breakfast which was decent. And they had a hotel shuttle but I didn't use that. I won't return because of the inability to be flexible and the pics didn't represent the room accurately."

"This hotel is a little more expensive than i think it was worth. If you’re just looking for a place to stay close to the stadiums i think you could find better. Just kind of run down, and thin walls."

"Short staffed. Windows were filthy and blinds were broken. Had to request housekeeping and then they didn’t show up at the time requested. Line was crazy long to check and retrieve bags. Smell in the lobby was overwhelming - like natural gas. Just a dingy and dark and old hotel. Would not stay again. "
