Very comfortable bed and quiet The breakfast was disappointing. Cold fried egg and potatoes, took a long time to be served. Lovely atmosphere and attentive, helpful staff.
Wow Hotel InterContinental Boston went out of their way to make us feel so welcome and added in our fun. They brought us cake! when they heard it was a birthday weekend, and Kenny at the Spa was so nice and helpful to get us to our spa appointments and made sure we were well pampered in the spa. ...
Great hotel in a great location with wonderful staff. Ideal location for short break in Boston, with all main attractions within walking distance. Happy Hour between 5:00 & 6:00pm encourages guests to meet up and share experiences.
My wife and I went to Boston to be with relatives visiting from the west coast and decided to stay at the Kimpton Onyx Hotel for Columbus Day weekend. We picked it mostly for it's location and proximity to my relatives lodging. Turns out we walked all over downtown Boston from there, Quincy Market ...
We stayed here for two nights over Labor Day weekend. It was a perfect stay! From check in yo check out we were treated well and absolutely loved the hotel! The history is so great and the rooms are beautiful! Thank you for making our time in Boston so effortless! We will be back!

Beds were comfortable, room was spacious (we easily upgraded to a junior suite once on site and they even let us in to the room upon arrival at 10:30AM). We asked ...
Beautiful hotel although not the most beautiful in Boston. The people of The Langham win number ONE in Boston. They are sincere and hard working, making up the difference.
This hotel is close to everything. We walked to the game at Fenway. We walked to the Freedom Trail. Rooms are very nice. The bed was softer than I like, but that is a very minor issue. The staff was very helpful with directions and things to do.
The Lenox is the ONLY hotel I stay at when in Boston. It has the location I want, the rooms are luxurious, the staff is super friendly, accommodating and professional. The restaurants and bar are all excellent. They have a house car you can request to take you to your destinations. The only area ...
