Nice utilitarian hotePosted Oct 19, 2015
Stayed here as I needed a single night on short notice. The location made it easy for me to get around, although Uber has trouble finding the actual hotel entrance. Room was as expected although the walls are surprisingly thin and I could hear my neighbors conversation in the morning (but thankfully nothing at night!). The sheets/bed could be more comfortable and of higher quality, but all in all the stay was as expected. The front office staff at check in was great and very friendly.

Nice, new hotelPosted Oct 12, 2015
Pros: Near to historical Boston & Back Bay area
Location: Nearness to Fanuiel Hall & Freedom Trail. There are some transients & homeless people in the area but didn't bother us when we walked during the day.
Nice hotel with very friendly staff. This area of town is experiencing a revival since the medical center is nearby. Free breakfast was delicious.

Great hotel near FenwayPosted Sep 30, 2015
Pros: The room
Cons: See above re: the ambulances
Location: Close to Fenway Park for Red Sox baseball; close to freeways that get you downtown in a hurry.
Loved everything about the hotel, except . . . with the medical area close by, the constant wail of ambulances was disturbing. The hotel needs some kind of wall and/or window treatment to deflect that sound. Or, you could say, that's what I get for staying in a place like that!

bad part of townPosted Sep 28, 2015
Pros: The free breakfast was delicious. The room was clean.
Cons: The airport shuttle is a definate bonus, however the front desk people have no idea where to tell people to wait for it.
Location: BAD part of town. Unbelievable amount of drug activity and disturbing amount of totally wasted human beings. Saddest sight ever.
our first disappointment was the hotel shuttle. Called ahead and made a request for the free airport shuttle to pick us up at the airport. We were told to wait at the red shared van area. Airport workers told us to wait outside. We called the hotel two times and was given more bad information. Instead of letting us just speak with the driver directly, we waited on hold while someone at the hotel called him only to be told he had already left the airport and would not be back for an hour. Our second disappointment was the room. Booked the room for 5 adults and was given a room with 2 queen size beds. Had to call the front desk for a rollaway bed. The biggest disappointment was the location. Apparently, there is a methadone clinic across the street from the hotel. The streets just outside of the hotel are filled with drug addicts, prostitutes and the most unsavory humans i have ever seen. We were 5 women ranging in age from 25 to 66. No one felt safe anywhere near the hotel. Even though we purchased bus passes for our daily commutes, we ended up using Uber so we wouldn't have to walk to and from the hotel.

Zweckmäßiges CityhotelPosted Sep 17, 2015
Pros: War ok

Nice hotel close to everything!Posted Sep 16, 2015
The room was super clean and comfortable! The hotel had a gorgeous pool on the top floor which complimented the city views. The staff is extremely friendly; one of the guys at the front desk, Gregory, was so nice and helpful. He even helped my wife and I set up an Uber account to save money in comparison to a taxi. Definitely our favorite hotel in Boston.

Airport shuttle doesn't run at 12:00 or 1:00 pmPosted Aug 22, 2015
Pros: Overall hotel was clean and service was great. Location was close (10 minutes to Tea Party Museum and other great sites to see). Busy hospital area
Cons: Shuttle schedule or posting of closure times
Location: Faneuil Market and Boston Tea Party Museum within 10 minutes by taxi
Disappointed that airport shuttle doesn't run at noon or 1:00 pm and with our flight arriving at 12:30 pm no free shuttle available until 2:20 pm so taxi cost us 28.00 US (hidden cost). Shuttle schedule should be posted on site for all to be advised ahead of booking flight.
