I just needed a quick one night stay during a trip to Houston, and this hotel worked great. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. The kitchenette was so nice to have and the staff was friendly. I do wish it had more of a continental breakfast, instead of the “grab & go” setup. There was just a table with some coffee, muffins, granola bars and oatmeal packets. It was helpful and worked fine but that was the only downside to an otherwise delightful visit.

Disappointing hotel

If you are looking for an extended stay with services, do NOT stay here. The rooms were old, felt dirty, (outside of refrig dirty), homeless people near by plus NO breakfast just protein bars (when they had them). WiFi didn't work (only if you paid more money); TV was horrible, kept freezing up when it did work and the AC made noise going & off. I left as food as I could - would NOT recommend hotel.

There was a dog barking at all times of the night. I got dressed at 3:00 am and started my drive back home

The room had bad odors and the floor was sticky like never is cleaning.

Room smelled, making noises of appliances, staff didn't get me what I paid for which was a king bed instead had to get a queen . Then I heard from someone that she was sleeping on old dirty sheets so I didn't even remove the top layer of the bed . Place was a mess and a desater.

Good place to stay if you want to save money
