The staff at Rosemount Inn and Spa were so welcoming. Lots of added touches like fresh baked cookies in the foyer to live music at 5:00pm. It was a pleasure to stay in this beautifully restored property!
The AC was not working in the room we were suppose to get so they had to move us. They gave us a free breakfast and free parking which was great. No complaints.
Property was very historic and in a nice area. Parking was a bit of an issue as was suggested by other travelers. We were in the upper level and the A/C unit was quite dirty, but otherwise the room was clean. Breakfast could have been better.
Little water was coming out while showering. Every thing else was almost perfect.
Parking was only issue really Under construction and not very well signed to no where to go and then parking fee at end of stay was little surprising
Location is perfect! The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and central to stores.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean with a nice lake view as advertised during our booking.
Although the property is very dated, compounded by nasty black metal exterior stairs going to the second floor, inside the room was recently refurbished. The unit was very clean, details such as faucets, shower curtain and rod, porcelain pieces and all furniture had recently been upgraded making ...
The hotel was nicely renovated and clean. Only critique would be the controls on the air conditioning unit, the labels were very worn and hard to tell where you were setting it. Overall decent value for the money spent.
