"Due to the intersection of highways and the adjacent IKEA, some rooms are exceedingly noisy. When I checked in, I had one of those. I went to the front desk and requested a quieter room. The clerk was very accommodating, and I found myself in a quiet corner and very comfortable room. I was, however, charged an additional €12 for the new room, but it was worth it. "

"We always stay at the Des Indes in Den Haag. It is so elegant and well located. Our room was quiet, comfortable and had a very nice view over the city. Breakfast buffet is always nice though a bit pricey. Overall a great hotel. "

"The stay was okay, but we have experienced a small problem, by losing our cellular phone. And the help was very limited, the hotel has security cameras, but they weren't very cooperative with this. The parking locations are very far away, at least 4 to 10 minutes. Also, at first I was instructed to park by the hospital, and the instruction wasn't very good, night in an unfamiliar street and dark, the first time you don't know where you are going. Also, we had an issue with how to pay at that parking lot."
