Good Value, just let down by a few things

Pros: Room was a nice size and nicely set-out.
Cons: Cleaning. Charging (e.g. not trying to double charge city tax)
There's not much around the immediate area of the hotel. But I found it conveniently located due to it being near a main road, just down the road from the number 17 tram (which goes to Den Haag HS) and a little bit further from Rijswijk station. Cleaning service was inconsistent (e.g. sometimes the mugs disappeared although they replaced the coffee, sometimes towels on floor just put back over sink). I paid the city tax on check-in and then was asked to pay it on check-out (when I said I'd paid on check-in I'd asked if I had a receipt, which they hadn't given me!). Was fine in the end, but a better system should prevent this.

Pros: Cost, Proximity to point of interest
Cons: Bathroom Layout
Cost effective hotel close to point of interest for business but far from the city. Bathroom design can be improved.

Location: 15 minutes walk from the nearest station. Found McDonald near by.
Customers staying there were strange and noisy. Didn't clean bathroom.

Pros: Room was clean, modern bathroom, polite English speaking receptionist. A printed map of the surrounding area was available.
Cons: To be honest, based on my experience, I could not really see much that they could improve.
Location: The location is not a central one but there is a tram about 5 minutes walking from the hotel that takes you straight into the center.
Easy check-in, we arrived around 10AM but the receptionist was very kind to let us check in early. The room was modern, comfortable. The bathroom was newly refurbished and looking spotless. We weren't expecting much given the fact that we have seen hotels that were more expensive and in a worse state. Parking was free and we had free wifi which was a bonus. We were very pleased with our stay and cannot fault this hotel and its staff in any way.

Nice modern Dutch hotel. Friendly stuff, decent facilities, nice room and bathroom and very clean. Even if it's next to the highway it's very very silent due to the 2 double glazed windows. We slept like babies. Just 10-15 to the city center by car. Handy for a short period. Recommended it!

I used this hotel for business, it is convenient and at a good price. I also ate at the hotel, meals were good, my only criticism would be that the service was a little slow.

Pros: staff was really helpful
Cons: it seems most of the guests dine at the hotel ( as there is not a lot of restaurants around), so it would be good if more tables were available
Location: not much to do close by
i chose this hotel as it was within walking distance of the office i was working in

Pros: Staff and facilities
Cons: Universal shaving point
Location: It's in an industrial area, but the tram into town is both cheap and close to the hotel
Spent two nights in the hotel, the second night desturbed by a water tank filling up periodically in the vicinity of the room.
