My overall stay at the property was nice, reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice and clean, and passing housekeeping staff they always said yellow and were friendly. The only negative thing is that the two times I approached the restaurant two separate members of staff were quite rude and unhelpful. This was the only thing that brought the hotel down.

Cenrtainly not a 4* hotel… 2* maybe?
did not get the room which was promised…while the booking done and confirmed was for a double king size bed, the manager said they did not have a double bed in the entire hotel… there are no telephone in the room…every time you want to call anybody in the hotel, you have to dial a telephone number from your mobile. no toiletries in the bathroom except 2 soap dispensers. They say they provide only on requests

All room requests are always upon availability, it is never guaranteed.Regarding the toiletries in the bathroom, we do not have them standard in the room, but you can always request them. Also since this year the management decided to remove the telephones from the rooms. We have a different system in the hotel at the moment to communicate with the reception. There is a flyer on the room with a QR-code. Via this link you can communicate with the reception by sending messages. The reception receives those messages and will communicate back with you. This hotel is a scam
This was the worst stay ever at a "4 star" hotel. At first they wanted to put us into a room that wasn't meant for guests wasn't cleaned and not the sleeping arrangement we asked for. Firstly the receptionist said that they were fully booked and they couldn't do anything then the other found a room and sent the colleague to check. Apparently it was fine. The room didn’t have a kettle nor a coffee machine nor a fan not even a phone! The bathroom had no toiletries or accessories just a soap dispenser fixed to the wall at the sink and in the shower. Half of the furniture fixed to the wall is barely attached. The lighting in the room is one main light that is in the bathroom “aquarium”. In order to ask for the WiFi password I had to call reception with my own phone. The furniture is all heavily used and very worn and beat up. This is a problem since the recent pictures on the internet of the hotel show modern and recently renovated rooms. The hallway to the rooms has pieces of the panelling missing, parts broken, garbage bags lying on the floor. There is this constant whistling and whining in the room 24/7 it is very difficult to sleep and then you hear water in the pipes. Absolutely no documentation that you normally find in a hotel room to read about the hotel and services. Sadly I am limited to 8 pictures as I have so many more. I cannot believe that this is a 4 star hotel and this room cannot be a room for guests, this is why I consider it a scam for the price and rating.

The staff were all lovely, but the rooms are in need of a refurbishment. It was like being transported back to the 1980's. The bathroom is a glass box in the bedroom, with a huge gap all around the top. It's not ideal for privacy if there are more than one person in the room, you hear everything!

Ok, Hotel. Close a a big shopping centre. Parking at the back 60 min free, 5 euro a night. Difficult to judge in the Corona time, but effective protection during breakfast

Rooms are spacious. 24 hour check-in service. Very close to railway station. Water flow from rooms around you is very noisy, so everyone wakes up with the first person taking a shower.

We were there with friends. Their shower door was missing, ours leaked, the trash can was broken, cup and soap holders were almost torn off the wall, the carpet had some places where unraveling was evident, the battery in the room safe was dead. This is not acceptable for a Best Western Hotel that usually stands for quality. We were disappointed and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Basic acceptable room but extemely poor service
Basic acceptable room, but services are extremely poor. No concierge or luggage facilitation to and from room. Amenities only available through reception on request and collection at the desk itself. Bed sheets only replaced every 2 days irrespective of state. Water put in room “if available”. Toilet paper to be asked for to be replenished. Breakfast is served and dinning is in a canteen format with extremely limited options (unchanged options every day) - not worth the money at all. Overall it is extremely clear the hotel is cutting costs everywhere - the number of staff covering the hotel is shockingly low (5-10 max). Would not recommend.

I had a problem trying to park since the barrier would not lift, I could not reach the reception on the phone and so abandoned my car in front of the barrier but managed to finally reach them on the phone. They were aware I was trying to park since I pulled up in front of reception to ask where the car park was. No apology was given, only the excuse that the front desk was busy, so the call was ignored. Room was comfortable and restaurant ok but felt portions could have been bigger and no bread was served with the meal ( or offered).

Well located, 3 mins walk from shops. Inside hotel is beautiful and clean. Our room was really big, comfortable beds, heating not working but they provided us with an electric heater (was also offered to change room but couldn't due to our time schedule), bathroom clean, shower size great but the cubicle/floor is very slippery while showering.will return if needed
