Extremely well placed for eitheir going to the town center or central station for trains anywhere in holland.

Not so clean Room , Reception guys are GREAT
Found dirt all over the back of the TV. I think the cleaning team have not inspected there for months went to reception and showed them the pictures Reception guys are great and friendly they apologised and quickly informed the cleaning team to put it right

Everything was ok, the suites could have some more extra for the value but it was spacious and convenient. The location was very central to Leiden and an easy walk to everywhere.

Great stay with parking
Great location and easy parking our car. The room was very quiet. Nice lobby bar and restaurant with good food and normal pricing. The bed quality could be better but that is the only thing for improvement.

Due to road work it is almost impossible to reach hotel with car. Very confusing for new guests. Bed could have been more comfortable.

The hotel situated right opposite to the train station and travelers can easily reach the city centre where all the shops located. Room was clean and quiet at night, and the pillows are very comfortable which contribute greatly to a quality sleep.

the "open bathroom" was a bit odd since i was sharing with my son. so made showering a bit weird. Other than that, great place!

Very comfortable room and relaxed atmosphere, good area for games,excellent buffet breakfast. Shower a bit hard to work .Access will be improved when roads around station are finished.
