The hotel is amazingly convenient to everything by tram and bus, and the area around it (Archipelbuurt) is charming and has many nice restaurants and my favorite cheese shop (Alexanderhoeve). My room was clean and functional. The elevator is slow but it does the trick when you have luggage. The stairs are fine at other times

We booked a suite as it was a stop on our honeymoon. The staff have been helpful and kind since booking through to the stay and check out. The suite was beautiful with a free standing bath tub and comfy bed. We would definitely come back again

Excellent little hotel
I stay here a lot when travelling for work. Staff very friendly. Nice little hotel rather than the huge chains. Much more quiet. Very clean. Rooms generally much bigger and more character. Love the rooms in the back with the big full height windows. Much more character.

It was more than we expected from a small city hotel in just about every way: staff were so warm, friendly and caring; the rooms were furnished, decorated and maintained to a high standard; the beds were large and great quality and the bed linens welcoming. Coffee, teas and little snacks (biscuit, sweets etc.) available around the clock. And a great location - we thought we were going to tram/bus into the centre but after doing that once, we walked it every time.

Perfect boutique hotel
Beautiful boutique hotel, staff were lovely & helpful. Breakfast was normal cost for a hotel & choices & presenation were excellent. Great location for transport, especially to Scheveningen beach by number 22 bus across the road. Would definitely stay again.

Great home away from home - small and happy
Excellent little hotel. Staff very friendly and always smiley and accommodating. Make you feel like home. The rooms are big with tall ceilinga and all the amenities you would need including iron and coffee pods and the hardwritten message and welcome pack was a great touch! So happy to return here after covid. Such a better way place to stay at instead of the big hotel chains!

Made to feel very welcome. The room was a bit cool (i.e. not warm!) and there was no obvious way to turn up the heating. Otherwise very good indeed.

Excellent location with a good balance of easy access to the centre of town, or a pleasant walk to the beach (we got the tram back!). Staff were helpful and friendly, and easy to find. Complimentary tea and coffee facilities were available both in the room and downstairs. A pleasant small lounge was there to sit in whilst you had your drink.

This hotel is located in an old Dutch House and has charme. Staff are very friendly and helpful. The safe box in my room was only large enough for a passport; limited space to hang clothes. 5 minute walk to tram 9 which brings you in 10 minutes to the Den Haag Central Station or the Scheveningen beach, and 2 minute walk to bus 22. Very safe and quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, bakery and supermarket 1 minute walk away. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a pleasant stay - perfect hotel for a work trip. Comfortable room, not too tiny, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. They give you a smart phone to use during your stay, which was fantastic! Great location in the heart of the Hague, easy to walk anywhere.

Mooi hotel in the best part of The Hague
The hotel is located in the very best part of The Hague with plenty of small nice eateries and shops in the vicinity. The hotel it self definitely fits the description of a boutique accommodation right from the courtesy of the receptionists to the decor of the rooms and the breakfast with ample selection.

Nice boutique hotel in the best part of town
A very nice small boutique hotel, perfectly located for both business and pleasure. The local area offers more than a few nice cafes, bars and restaurants as well as being only a 15 minutes easy stroll away from the city centre. The rooms are spacious and decorated in a modern Dutch fashion. Great idea with both bicycles for a bit of sightseeing, and dvds as well as tablets on loan for a movie night in the room if you need to chill in the comfortable bed! Breakfast is served on a buffet with a wide range of selection; the only thing we found missing was some regular black tea. But that’s not at all spoiling the overall impression of The Hotel Mozaic being a great place!

A great little hotel !
First visit to the city and it looks like we chose the right hotel. We were met by smiling helpful members of staff who were knowledgeable and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was comfortable, clean and perfect for our visit. It even had a good view over rooftops and side street. We will be back!

Nice boutique hotel
We were visiting Den Haag for 1 night. The hotel is just about walkable from the city centre although tram 9 runs nearby. This is handy as it’s the same one that takes you to the beach Hotel is nicely presented and we enjoyed the complimentary coffee and the general decor. The only negative was the lift (it’s quicker to take the stairs). We were fortunate enough to be upgraded. Room was fine, comfortable and nothing we noticed wrong during our stay. Staff were friendly and helpful when we had any queries. All in all I’d recommend

FABULOUS place.
This hotel is lovely and the staff exceptional. Could not have been more helpful. I arrived at the hotel at the moment my back was giving out due to fall i took the day before travelling. I was in excruciating pain and the hotel staff helped me with getting treatment, setting up a place on the floor of my room to stretch it out, moving my luggage for me....even without that crisis to "test" the hotel, it is very charming, clean, and they give you à phone with free calling around the world and free internet to use during your stay. Fabulous

This room was so small that I stood up from the desk and hit my head on the television. The toilet was on the opposite side of the room to the shower and sink. The window was so high that I could not see out of it and had to stand on the bed. It felt very confining to be in such a small space.

Spent 3 nights here in April. Staff were very friendly & helpful & the hotel offered free coffees/teas & fresh fruit in the lounge. Quality of written info about Den Haag provided in our room was very good. A little way outside the centre but a pleasant walk & also a frequent tram service..

More expensive than expected
Nice hotel etc but ended up much more expensive than expected due to confusion over the fact that in the small print on the hotel's site it said a resort tax of 14odd euros per person had to be paid and as this was the same price as the breakfast we thought there was a mistake as the hotels.com site price hadn't included a resort tax so we assumed we just had to pay for 2 breakfasts ie an extra £ 29euros. In fact it was an an extra 58 euros to cover breakfast and the resort tax on top of the room price on the Hotels.com site. This made the room 50% more expensive than we had expected.
