Shame about the towels.
Overall the hotel was very good, staff, check in and food in their restaurant all very good. My only complaint would be the condition of the towels in my bathroom. Very worn and I would like to say stained rather than dirty. I believe they were freshly laundered but didn't look clean.

Excellent Hotel less than a minute's walk from Zoetermeer Train Station. Literally nothing to dislike. Efficient, friendly service from the Front Desk staff, big room, kettle, bath, English speaking TV stations, good wifi, comfy bed. Arrived early and was allowed to check in early. Supermarket and ATM closeby. Would stay again.

Horrible chained hotel.
Horrible internet speed. 0.14mb download and 0.09m upload speed. Forget about video or even using google in the Stone Age. Also the trash bin was never cleared during our 5 days' stay.

Amazing hotel and staff.
We booked for 3 nights, and we absolutely loved it. Nice clean hotel, very helpful staff attentive and friendly. Unfortunately I forgot names but the lady who did our check in was so kind to answer to all our questions also the girl on one of the night shifts was very helpful when I asked for different things I needed in the room like plates and glasses etc... definitely recommend it!

Great for short stay
Perfect for short stay! The hotel reception area is very spacious and features a grand piano. Restaurant menu very poor (for vegetarians) but there are choices nearby. If you're going to a concert at the Boerderij it is perfect, a short taxi trip away. And breakfast is heavenly, with a huge choice!

A modern hotel next to the Zoetermeer station. I stay here a lot when working in the area. Never had a bad experience. Rooms, Food, and especially staff are very good.

Nicely decorated hotel with modern interiors. Fantastic breakfast and great service from professional, friendly staff. Upgraded at check-in which was a kind gesture from the young lady at reception.

The hotel is excellent for business, as the location is perfect for fast and easy access to the railway services to nearby cities, and its facilities are perfect both for meetings and for business presentations and events.

Very nice hotel with good staff
The recpetion staff are very helpful and go that extra mile to make sure that everything is to you liking. The barman was vey good and made a good recommendation for a snack meal of Dutch cheeses and a very unusual bread with fig on the side. If only we could do this in Cambridge.

Close to city centre
Girls at front desk aren't very friendly. Dont greet when you enter the hotel to go to your room. I was making friendly conversations with the girl at the desk while my room was getting ready and out of nowhere she says oh my boyfriend this and my boyfriend that as if i was flirting with her, which i wasnt... some dumb blonde.

First let me say that we were in a van and it is ridiculous to get into the parking garage at this hotel. Also, it is an additional 10 euros/night to park there. Check in was amazingly slow. There was no documentation from Hotels.com that we were staying there. I was grateful that I had a copy of my confirmation. The room was comfortable, good wifi, very clean and quiet.
