It was a very nice hotel . The staff was very helpful and friendly .
Loved the washer & dryer by the ice machine. I needed to do a load of laundry & i was relieved to realize there was no need to go to a laundrymat!
Historic part of town. Great breakfast. Highly recommended. Beautiful house.
Location convienent, rates good, breakfast a bonus. No laundry !!!
Dale and Judy are wonderful hosts! Their bed and breakfast is adorable and away from it all. The homemade breakfast each morning was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. Thank you Dale and Judy for your hospitality! Ryan and Miranda Cook
We often stay at Holiday Inn Express hotels and found this one in Mason City, Iowa, to be by far the best one so far. All the staff were friendly and helpful, however, I want to especially commend their nighttime desk clerk, who was so very helpful when we twice called ahead about specific accommodations ...
Was very spacious for the price. Very clean and quick check in. Disappointed at having to cut trip short due to overbooking.
It was pleasant and clean. The breakfast was adequate but poorly laid out.
A great place to stay when you need a sleep. Quiet, clean, simple. Good access and great people
Looking to visit The Historic Park Inn Hotel and City National Bank?
While you may not have heard of Mason City, the destination it is located in, you're probably familiar with the state capital, Des Moines, 110 miles away.
Our time is precious, and that's why lots of people stay close to the action. There are 2 to select from. The Decker House and Quality Inn & Suites are some strong candidates, and are just 2 miles from The Historic Park Inn Hotel and City National Bank.
If you would rather not fork out a tonne of cash on accommodation, you will be relieved to hear that there are several budget hotels in the local area. The Super 8 Mason City and the Days Inn Mason City are a few of the more popular establishments.
Sightseers often stop by Suzie-Q Cafe (14 2nd Street Northwest, Mason City) for a pick-me-up before going to The Historic Park Inn Hotel and City National Bank. For chow that's more substantial, grab a table at a restaurant in the vicinity, 1910 Grillé (15 West State Street, Mason City).
