“Cancelled 2 rooms we had booked for nearly a month due to some rooms having flooding issues. Offered us hotels over 20 minutes away which just didn’t work. Also tried to offer us to share a twin room vs having 2 separate rooms booked at another hotel.
After a 5am start to get to Woking for work for the day this is the last thing that was needed.
At the moment zero accountability (this may change with a full complaint letter). Will also lose a lot of generated cashback and traveller perks etc……
