“Our room was comfortable and well thought out with the shower/wet room being a good size Breakfast menu had a good variety and was all very tasty and the staff were all excellent”

“I had never stayed in such an awful hotel at such a high price, we have to share bathroom, and there is nothing in the bathroom except one roll of tissue paper. We can hear the noise from the next room easily, the carpet is old and dirty. It is very far from the airport and very hard to find. I spent 25 ponds to grab to car to the hotel and spent another 18 to the nearest station in Slought. We want to leave the hotel as soon as possible, but the landlord is unhappy with our early check out,……
