“Cancelled 2 rooms we had booked for nearly a month due to some rooms having flooding issues. Offered us hotels over 20 minutes away which just didn’t work. Also tried to offer us to share a twin room vs having 2 separate rooms booked at another hotel. After a 5am start to get to Woking for work for the day this is the last thing that was needed. At the moment zero accountability (this may change with a full complaint letter). Will also lose a lot of generated cashback and traveller perks etc……

“Clean and nice, but nothing to around it. Breakfast was nice and there is a gym and a bar. The staff was friendly and helpful. It would be a wonderful health resort if they add a spa, sauna, etc. ”

“Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room met basic requirements. It really needs a deep clean. No shower gel in the gel dispenser! Having paid for a garden view room, I only saw a slither of grass & a picnic table! Sleep disturbed due to noise by the electric towel rail in the bathroom because when I put it off at the main switch the noise stopped. Description on Expedia was better than reality.”

“It wasn’t good at all, second day I went outside to meet a friend and gave the key back so I won’t lost it. When I came back and asked for the keys, she said we thought you have left already. I said I have booking for one more day. She already booked someone in my room their. What a night mare”

“The woman sitting at a tiny table with a laptop got every room mixed up, I ended up in a family room with my sibling, my 2 elderly great aunts were put in a double and my great uncle ended up in a single room which was in the attic, she had no idea and obviously gave the rooms to all the wrong people despite me showing her my booking! The whole place smelt damp and was dirty throughout, the beds were disgusting as was everything else, couldn't wait to get out of that horrible old rundown awful……

“Warm welcome. Single room compact. Shower was amazing, best ever. Room decor could be spruced up. Honesty Bar. Evening Dinner was delicious but slightly expensive. Breakfast cooked to order for 0700hrs. Great coffee and breakfast highly recommended. ”

“Wonderful and relaxing environment , beautiful view from family room ! Food are delicious ! Staff are nice and service are excellent ! The only drawback is not enough tissue rolls, shampoo etc for a family of 4.”

“The room was a good size and spotless, however, the walls are very thin and I was kept awake until 2am by two men talking moderately loudly in the room behind my room. Furthermore, the mattress Ned’s changing as it has two long depressions where occupants lay and a high ridge running the length of the bed. The tv was claimed to be ‘smart’ but was really dump, it struggled to get BBC1 and no streaming services were available. Very disappointing.”

“The room was beautiful, warm and comfortable. The stay itself was pleasantly quiet with no disturbances and the tap water tasted clean. The amenities were clean and easy to use, if this room were my own home, I would be extremwly happy and I would personally stay again.”

“接待員喝醉了，房間內只有兩張床，連椅子都沒有，这里是公共衛生間的，看來只是兩星的酒店，wifi密碼也不供給，一斷开便沒得用，大家要注意！”
