“The woman at the counter took about a full 60 seconds before looking up from her monitor when I walked up to the desk. She briefly looked up and said “one moment”, and did not look up again for about another two minutes. Wow.”

“Place was clean and the property was really nice!!!! We loved the golf simulator downstairs and was able to bring our family together there on our last night. Front staff was absolutely wonderful and we appreciate the hospitality. Only 2 complaints are: First the room conditions seem as though repairs were needed to be done as there was foam filling of some sort to patch up holes. It was very weird but we went with it. Second was the loudest coming from the bar under us. Not sure if the noise……

“The room was small, but clean. The beds were comfortable. The pool and hot tub were lovely. The breakfast was just OK. The staff were friendly and welcoming.”

“This is my second stay here. I upgraded to river view. Room was clean but a bit dated. Beds were clean and comfortable. The hot tub was up and running this time and good temp. I chose this stay as it has a restaurant and bar with great views. But, in our 4day stay, neither was open for business. Kinda disappointed as we were going to have family come meet us there multiple times. Overall nice place, but a little over priced for what is available.”

“The room seemed clean. It was very chilly and has a very loud heater to get it up to temperature. There were no clothes hangers at all. It had a coffee machine but no plug in near it. The room was quite dark and there was a shortage of plug ins. An extra blanker would have been nice. It was nice to have a small fridge in the room”

“Very nice hotel! Friendly staff. Clean and spacious room. The breakfast buffet was very good (better than most and had the best sausage links I’ve had in years). Parking is good, and hotel is about 5-6 minutes from downtown. They do allow dogs inside and some of the neighboring rooms had dogs that barked pretty loud, but not after hours, and was quiet otherwise.”

“We stayed on the MainStay Suites side. The room itself was pretty good - had been remodeled somewhat recently and the bed was clean and comfortable. Our sofa had some stuff on it and our bathroom ceiling had mold on it, so that was unsettling. Staff was pleasant at check in and check out.”

“Poor hygiene, no change of towels, no shower gel, not enough toilet paper (go to the front desk to ask for it), but the service attitude of the front desk is OK.”
