“It was cold so we weren’t able to use the water slide and pool but overall I have no complaints for the services we did use. The food at the restaurant was good and surprisingly affordable for a resort. The staff was friendly. ”

“Water pressure was low in the bathroom. Took awhile to get hot water. Key card didn’t work when we tried to enter. Booked a king bed but it looked more like a queen. Property is on the beach but walkways was trashy. ”

“Walking in the lobby was okay, nothing special. Upon checking in we headed to our room where the door would not open. Once we got into our room we discovered that it appeared nothing like the photos. The tv was blaring, it smelled bad and was dirty. The bathroom had hair all over the floor and the shower had brown smudges all over. The whole place seemed a dirty and more than a little sketchy. We went right back down to get a refund and that was a 45 minute process of us having to wait for……

“The room was very nice. Large area. It took a while to figure out how to work the thermostat controls and get the temperature to a comfortable area. The heat was a bit spotty in the living room area vs say the bedroom. The fireplace helped with living room heating. The comoliment of kitchenette dishes was sufficient for the time stayed. I did have a couple critical comments. Bei g on the 1st floor I could clearly hear the sales presentation of the other IHG owned property. It made sleeping in,……

“Clean room, afterhousr checkin by phone, nice amenities. Alerted management of a slow draining shower. ”

“The hotel is rundown and the room door did not lock. Clerk refused to move me to another room with a locking door. Had to get another hotel. Did not stay and waiting on refund.”
