Close to the airport

Was perfect for us as we arrived late in the evening. Staff are excellent, food in cafe is very good. Will stay again.

We stayed 1 night because it was close to the airport and we were leaving early in morning. Room was good and clean and staff were excellent. food was very nice and all in all a comfortable hotel. the only down size was the location as it is not near any of the facilities of Kuta or Legian but very very close to the airport which is a plus if you are leaving very early or very late at night. Free shuttle to airport.

Hiccup with transport

Second time we have stayed here overnight before flying out the next morning. Great place for convenience to the airport and pick up is included. Unfortunately we waited over an hour once we landed to get to the hotel as there was some issue. Hard when it's 11pm and you just want to get to bed! Other than that (and hey it's free, so how much can you really complain) the place has a good breakfast, pool should you want it and it's very clean and tidy and well kept. Would stay again.

Good value close to airport

Clean and bright, friendly staff, nice swimming pool. Walking distance to airport, many local eateries nearby and 10 min walk to Lippo Mall shopping centre

Very convenient for a transit stay.

Pros: The spa and the staff.
Cons: Breakfast and the rooms.
The staff were very polite, friendly and helpful; the spa was excellent, the "Take Me To Paradise" treatment was second to none. The room was a bit cramped and we got the one on 3rd floor, very close to a busy road. Breakfast should be improved, both in quantity and quality. There was a cafe nearby called "Teras Cafe" that you can take it as an alternative, good selection of menu and very cheap.

Excellent place to start your Bali holiday

We stayed here for two nights at the beginning of our Bali holiday. Our flight arrived around 11pm and we were in our room within half an hour of deplaning. Was easy to see the Harris man in the orange polo shirt waiting outside arrivals, and the free mini bus was right there too (book in advance). Five minutes later we're at reception and then in our room. The room is comfortable and large enough for our brief stay. There was space to hang our shirts etc, but no shelves or drawers for other stuff - things just had to stay in the suitcase on the sofa. Facilities in the room included a kettle, tea & coffee (powdered creamer) and a small fridge that would keep cold stuff cool but not chill anything from room temperature. There's a safe and TV. WiFi is free and adequate for basic browsing and email, but don't try streaming a video. The bathroom is OK and has soap, shampoo, toothbrush & toothpaste. The aircon worked very well. There are plenty of power points, including a couple of multi-type outlets (will take EU, US, UK, AU, CN etc plugs-230v). We found the bed firm and very comfortable. There's a breakfast buffet, IDR190k if not included your tariff. We both used the Spa and were very impressed. One-hour full body Balinese massage was IDR190k, one-hour pedicure IDR220k. Very professional service in an immaculate facility. Outside, turning left towards Kuta, there are a number of warung-style eateries. There's a small 24-hour unlicensed convenience store 100 metres down the

Our stay was a low key and convenient stopover en route Europe. Shuttle service to and from airport most efficient and appreciated in the earlyhours of the morning. Staff excellent. Enjoyed the day spa
