“We were very comfortable! Staff was very friendly and helpful. ”

“我们订的酒店房间比较大，室外有各种秋色小景，附近还有一个小湖，户外景色美丽，我们订的房间共4层，共有多个洗手间，厨房各种炊具齐全，客厅也不小，房间干净卫生，温暖舒适，缺点是酒店太大，我们晚上到达开着车转了二、三圈才找到我们的房间，次日check-out时也是找了一段时间才回到前台。”

“Wonderful experience! The view upon arrival, beautiful!Check in went smoothly. We asked the front desk if he could have something brought to the room. It was there by the time we got to the room! “The property was beautiful (especially once there was a dusting of snow). Indoor parking a plus. The ski in- ski out was fantastic and one of the reasons we chose this location. They have onsite rentals as well as ticketing a minute from the slope. Most units have lockers on main level for skis and boards (very handy). The staff was very kind, knowledgeable and Dan the manager was exceptional, detailed and very timely with responses and accommodation needs. We only tried the Cooper Den (new……

“Great room. Workout room was fabulous, just wish they had a complete set of the lighter dumbbells.”

“It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night. We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.”

“寝具包括枕头太软没有硬一点的枕头，被子太厚不透气，因为这些原因没有睡好，如果能注意一下就更好了。还有洗澡水有点忽冷忽热。 服务人员的服务非常好，热心的帮我拿雪具到门口还指路怎么走到缆车，寄雪具的服务生服务也很好很耐心。”
