“There is no fan in the property . We stayed for 3 nights even after requesting for a fan since after climbing the hill we used to pant and sweat in the sun the manager only provided us fan for a day rest of the days we had to survive.
The owner had put in efforts for a good stay but the manager is not cooperative.
No shampoo and lotion is provided in the hotel which is basic amenities”

“The hotel is not reachable via motorable road. It is a steep climb and difficult with luggage. Also not safe. My child was attack ed by monkeys. She was scratched and fell on the ground and was traumatized. The rooms were not clean.”

“No heater, no carpet or slippers for cold floors, no proper toiletries just soap, blanket with women's hair, uncleaned kettle, no wifi password given, other than being on prime location this is one of the worst hotel i have ever stayed as per the amount paid.
The manager making excuses of no electricity during 2PM everyday on checkin time and asking guests to cancel so that they can rent rooms on higher price to other guests during peak crowd. This hotel should be 1 star nothing more.”
