Positives: the location is excellent and split kevel space is nice. Washer and drying is also a bonus.
Negative: The bed sheets had marks on them, one blind was broken, the bathroom was dated and sink had cracks in and the kitchen was poorly equpped.
I wouldnt recommend it for the price, im sure there are nicer places in the same area.

Beautiful view of the water. Quiet location. Beautiful decor in rooms. Staff very helpful.
Clean & tidy rooms & bathroom.
Unfortunately no exhaust fan in bathroom & the bed was very hard (but that’s just me)! Close to Coogee shops & beach
Would definitely stay again.
