Didnt like it at all

First the staff was very nice and professional they helped out with any questions I had without attitude the property was very clean on the outside areas grass cut that's about all the good... now the bad I stayed there for three nights and in order for me to get house keeping I had to pay an extra $10 per day then when I get to the room the room was very small and was half clean when I woke up I had bite marks on me on my side and back head and legs I won't stay at this hotel anymore

Best Hotel Check in 2 weeks

Pros: front desk staff "Lilo"
Cons: missing door nob in bathroom
Location: several eatery on the same side of 45, within 2 min walk. , if its after 3-4pm you may not want to travel to eat, it can take 1 hour to go 5 minutes
As far as I'm concerned most hotels under 100usd are all the same, as long as the room is clean and is in good working condition. What can make a difference is if check in staff are rude or are helpful This was the first hotel room I rented in the last 2 weeks that actually had a pleasant front desk reception. This might seem ridiculous, but in reality who wants to be given a hard time or treated poorly right before they are laying down to rest for the evening.

Disappointing don't stay here!!!

Cons: Check-in, cleanliness, better trained staff, and breakfast.
Greetings at check-in policy and rules briefing needs to be more informative, everything needed for our first night stay was not on site we had to ask for the basic things, garbage was not emptied in the hall ways for the first four (4) days of our stay as well as the kitchen utensils needed for our check-in. Over all it was not a place I would stay at again. Free breakfast was not a breakfast at all.

Dont stay here

Was supposed to be here at this hotel for 5 days but checked out on the 1st night due to bugs in the room.

The Excellence Hotel I love everything a good feel

I never felt better to lay into a real comfortable Hotel but you couldn't cook for your family and enjoy the view and the people around you with so friendly and I had everything I needed upon arrival and that made it even better thanks for my birthday

My stay at Extended Stay at The Woodlands

The room has a horrible stench and the shower floor has some type of stains, staff wouldn't allow us to change rooms, saying there were no more available, even though there are hardly any people checked in at the motel

Great location, no hot water...?

Good location, but unfortunately there was not enough ht water for everyone at the hotel, I was told that they were full and the water heater wasn't enough for every room... At least they let me cancel the rest of my stay and refunded me.

Cigarette smelling "smoke free" facility

We were looking for a cheap place to stay for one night in The Woodlands. We weren't going to be there for a long time just to place to shower and sleep. The whole hotel is smoke-free but every room including the hotel lobby smells like cigarettes. We got locked out of our room twice because the card swiper on the door kept locking us out. We kept having to go to the front desk to get in. You get what you pay for so if you're just looking for something cheap and with the bare minimum this is the place for you. I do have to say that the room felt clean but the rest of the hotel in the outside does not. At this price point I think you know what to expect
