This place is just above a flop house!

Pros: Location
Cons: Everything needs improving!
Location: Not a lot within walking distance, but location was convenient for my specific purposes.
Room was not ready. Repairman left the place dirty. No houskeeping. Trash everywhere. The room smelled stale. Never again!

Ok when no other choices

Pros: Location and price; we were desperate.
Location: Near the hospital
Our room was not clean; carpet had not been vacuumed and had coins and bits of paper, etc in several places. Office staff was told about this but just shrugged. There was a sign which said the office would deliver dishes to your room upon request, but no one ever brought them. Trash was piled up high every day in a location which you had to walk right by in order to get to the stairs.

You feel the need to shower as soon as u walk into the room.. the A.C. was awful and didn't cool the room off.. the bathroom was really gross. I put down toilet paper before using the toilet.. burnt marks everywhere.. on counters,bath tub and on toilet seat.. as well as the table and end table.. the dark colored chair sitting in front of table in the room was covered/stained in something white.. You can use your imagination.. and definitely don't shower without shoes on.. I'm lucky I didn't get hep b staying there.. gross place and very dated..by like 30 yrs.. it gives off the vibe of rent by the hour.. will never stay here again.. even 40$ was charging to much. A friend stayed there as well in a different room.. they gave her a room that hadn't been cleaned yet after another guest.. that was an episode in its self.. they upgraded her and apologized, which was the right thing to do.. but even the "upgraded" room was barely fit for the homeless.. wouldn't stay here again if I was paid to do so.. many more hotels to choose from..

Seedy hotel creates guest anxiety

Pros: Not too much to like... I guess the room was clean.
Cons: Just about everything... starting with security.
Location: The hotel is located in the Sawdust Road area; more or less light industrial or retail. Lots of things to do nearby as the hotel borders the Woodlands
The hotel is seedy, surrounded by suspicious activity. A person who looked like a pimp was sitting in a chair at the top of the stairwell. Two shirtless black men were roaming the parking lot. I was very uncomfortable here and worried that my car would be broken into by morning. I will never book in here again.

Noisy and dirty csrpet

I was on first floor. Sounded like elephants walking above me. Afraid to walk on carpet without shoes. Not sure I ever want to try another of these properties

Booked a 6 night stay. Tried to leave before the end of the first night but didn't get to the front desk until after 11. Checked out the next morning at which time the lady said I will get a refund for the five nights I did not stay. Five days later and I have still not seen the credit on my credit card. I did not even try and get the terrible night I have comped and yet they still can't do the right thing in refunding my money.

Dirty but Accommodating
